Hello Music lovers,

You may not have heard about Brushy One String - the so called King of One String. He is an underground Jamaican artist who has undeniably catchy tunes, like this one called Chicken In The Corn. I find myself humming it here and there ever since finding it featured in the film, Rise Up about aspiring independent musicians in Jamaica.

There is a classic american blues style to this one, even sounding like a spiritual at some points. There may only be one string, but his constant beat really propels the sound forward!
