Viewpoint - January 2, 2014

Friends,

It is my opinion that The United States has been pressuring Israel to act as its lackey and attack Iran. I believe Israel has refused to attack because they believe a war with Iran would be catastrophic to their state. I bet the US is telling Israel, "If you think a war with Iran is bad, wait 'till you see what we do to you if you don't do our bidding and attack."

The Israelis have done nothing, other than repeating over and over, "Somebody needs to attack Iran."

Meanwhile, the US still wants someone to attack Iran and remove them as a regional power, take over the oil and kill their 100 percent government owned bank.

This article suggests to me that they have found a new, willing lackey...Saudi Arabia.

This poses trouble for Israel who might be found to have outgrown its usefulness in the eyes of its benefactor. But who knows, it could be that the mere willingness of Saudi Arabia to attack might push Israel to do it.

One thing seems unfortunately certain: Iran will be attacked.
