Greetings,

Big fan of exorcism movies? Academy Award winner Anthony
Hopkins stars in the latest from the sub genre and delivers--
in my opinion--when all seems worn thin for that particular
category. I mean how many DIFFERENT stories can you tell
about an exorcism? Be sure to watch the trailer posted below
the description.

'The Mechanic' DVD

Jason Statham stars in this action thriller, an updated re-
make with an altered ending of the 1972 Charles Bronson film
of the same name. Arthur Bishop (Statham) is a veteran hit
man who works for a shadowy organization. He lives the life
of a loner, but has a friendship with his wheelchair-bound
mentor Harry McKenna (Donald Sutherland) and soon takes on
Harry's uncontrollable, unpredictable son Steve (Ben Foster)
as a trainee. Arthur and Steve carry out a series of assas-
sinations together, and Arthur is seen to be the consummate
professional, while Steve remains a loose cannon.

'The Rite' DVD

Anthony Hopkins stars in this supernatural thriller that's
billed as being inspired by true events. The central char-
acter is Michael Kovak (played by young Irish actor Colin
O'Donoghue), a seminarian preparing to become a Roman
Catholic priest. Kovak is sent to Rome, where he undergoes
special training in exorcism under Father Lucas (Hopkins).
Kovak is having a crisis of faith, and he and Father Lucas
argue, even as the priest tries to rid a pregnant teenager
of demonic possession. Other actors appearing in the movie
include Toby Jones, Ciaran Hinds, Rutger Hauer and Alice
Braga.

'The Roommate' DVD

This thriller is a softened retelling of the roommate-from-
hell story in Single White Female (1992), and the film's
young actors are familiar from TV shows such as Gossip Girl,
The O.C. and One Tree Hill. In The Roommate, Iowa girl Sara
(Minka Kelly) arrives at the (fictional) University of Los
Angeles and moves into a dorm room with Rebecca (Leighton
Meester), whose well-to-do parents live nearby. Sara meets
and begins dating a drummer (Cam Gigandet), but Rebecca
progressively becomes more and more clingy and protective,
leading to nasty things happening to people and a cat.
