Here's the Scoop...

Godzilla is back! The Japanese movie studio Toho released a trailer for its upcoming monster movie 'Godzilla Resurgence' on Wednesday. It is set for release July 29.

The 90-second clip shows the towering reptile once again terrorizing Tokyo. This will be the studio's 29th Godzilla flick.

The most recent entry in the franchise was the 2014 Legendary Pictures-Warner Bros. co-production Godzilla, which was helmed by Gareth Edwards and starred Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins, David Strathairn and Bryan Cranston; and it was awful! It was awful for three reasons: 1) terrible script, 2) it starred Aaron Taylor-Johnson and 3) it wasted the talents of director Gareth Edwards and actors Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn, Bryan Cranston and Godzilla.

This movie looks like classic Godzilla, and that makes
me very happy. If you like monster movies, be sure to
check it out this summer; or at least watch the trailer.

Be Well,
Steve

'Indiana Jones 5' producer Frank Marshall on potential sequels: 'It's all about the story'
Indiana Jones producer Frank Marshall recently discussed the franchise's potential for more sequels following the upcoming fifth installment.

"It's all about the story," Marshall said to Variety while attending CinemaCon on Monday, when asked about the possibility of more adventures starring Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones.

"I think both in the Jason Bourne series and on Indiana Jones, we are not going to do the Bond thing," he continued referencing how he believes only Ford should be seen donning the iconic fedora and whip instead of a rotating cast of leading actors.

"We think those characters are iconic, and those are the only actors who can play that."

Marshall's sentiments come after series director Steven Spielberg has spoken out against replacing Ford in his signature role after Jurassic World star Chris Pratt was rumored to take over the part."It's certainly not my intention to ever have another actor step into his shoes in the way there have been many actors that have played Spider-Man or Batman," Spielberg said at the time. "There is only going to be one actor playing Indiana Jones and that's Harrison Ford."

Marshall, Ford, and Spielberg will all be collaborating once again on the recently announced Indiana Jones 5, which will be produced alongside Marshall's wife and Lucasfilm president, Kathleen Kennedy.

"Indiana Jones is one of the greatest heroes in cinematic history, and we can't wait to bring him back to the screen in 2019," Disney chairman Alan Horn said in a statement announcing the sequel.

Amy Schumer: No need for 'plus size' label
After Glamour magazine branded the actress as "plus sized" in its latest issue, Amy Schumer is speaking out against the term, saying "we don't need" the label.

During her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Tuesday night, Schumer briefly discussed the matter, shrugging off "plus size" as an arbitrary term.

"I love Glamour magazine. Honestly, they've been so nice to me," the Trainwreck actress began. "They've done so many great things for women, but what I learned, is that people really don't like being classified by 'plus-size.' We don't need these labels. We don't need 'em. It should just say what size you are."

Schumer's comments were accepted with applause by the studio audience, which prompted the actress to resort to physical comedy to lighten the mood. She stuck her legs out straight in her chair and proceeded to lay back to deliver her final statement on the matter.

"Why," Schumer asked no one in particular while committing to her final slump in the chair.

Last week, the comedian blasted Glamour magazine for featuring her in its plus-size issue. "I think there's nothing wrong with being plus size," she began in a post on social media.

"Beautiful healthy women. Plus size is considered size 16 in America. I go between a size 6 and an 8. @glamourmag put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn't feel right to me."
