Alice Cooper sees himself in Lady Gaga...
Shock rocker Alice Cooper is an unlikely fan of pop superstar Lady Gaga, insisting the singer is the female version of his outrageous alter ego.
The veteran musician was born Vincent Furnier, but he performs as heavy metal star Alice Cooper, complete with black face paint, whenever he hits the stage.
And the 63 year old admits he can see a lot of himself in the "Paparazzi" hitmaker, a native New Yorker whose real name is Stefani Germanotta.
Cooper says, "Lady Gaga is the female Alice Cooper. She totally gets it.
"She created a character named Lady Gaga and wrote songs for Lady Gaga, just as I write songs for Alice. But when you meet her offstage, she's nothing like that person... and neither am I."
Lopez Reveals Idol Judges' 'First Fight'...
No more Ms. Nice for American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez.
The singer admits that she and her cohorts on the panel, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler, recently had their most combative disagreement since coming together as a threesome on last season's show.
"Me and Randy and Steve got into our first fight. I got really, really upset," Jennifer, 42, told Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Friday.
The blowout, which Seacrest confirmed visibly riled her, bubbled up at a recent audition after a girl with what Jennifer felt was an exceptional voice performed for the panel.
"She was amazing," Jennifer recalls.
But Steven didn't agree, and asked for another song.
"I was surprised because I was ready to vote," Jennifer said, adding with a laugh, "Sometimes the days get kinda long."
When the girl's second song got going, though, Steven, and then Randy, quickly nixed the girl from going further in the competition.
"I thought I was being Punk'd," Jennifer recalls. "[I thought], 'How can we let this girl go?' I was upset. When I believe in something... I knew this girl deserves the chance."
All in all, though, Jennifer says her second season is "going really great," but does admit: "The kids, we're being really tough on them."

Billie Joe Armstrong Booted from Plane...
Following in the footsteps of G�rard Depardieu and Josh Duhamel, Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong is the most recent celebrity to get kicked off an airplane.
The latest cause for the boot? Apparently a dress code violation.
"Just got kicked off a southwest flight because my pants sagged too low!" Billie Joe, 39, Tweeted on Thursday. "What the [expletive]? No joke!"
Billie Joe's outburst didn't go unnoticed.
"Very sorry for your experience tonight," Southwest Airlines Tweeted the rocker shortly following the alleged incident. "Someone from our Customer Relations Team will reach out to you to get more details."
Later, the company explained in a statement that Billie Joe "elected to take the next flight," and overall, "the situation was resolved to his satisfaction."
T.I. 'back in federal custody'...
T.I. ended up back in federal custody on Thursday after a conflict over his luxury bus ride to a halfway house.
The rapper, real name Clifford Harris, Jr., left an Arkansas prison on Wednesday after serving 10-months of an 11-month sentence for violating probation last year.
The "Live Your Life" hitmaker then rode a deluxe motor coach 375 miles to Georgia, where he was due to check into a halfway house.
But federal authorities "moved T.I. to a different facility" over an issue with his bus, according to his lawyer Steve Sadow.
Sadow reveals, "There appears to be confusion surrounding the method of transportation," but insists the problem was not drug-related.
A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons could not comment on the hip-hop star's whereabouts.
