Is Nicole Richie Feeling Like a Married Woman?
Maybe it was nerves. Or maybe it just wasn't the time to
issue a clarification.
But in court Monday, Nicole Richie's lawyer Mark Geragos
referred to Joel Madden as her husband and Nicole didn't
correct him. The pair have been together for years and
have two children.
The marital reference came up during her 15 minutes of
testimony at a hearing in which a judge issued a
restraining order against two aggressive paparazzi.

Hough Not Returning to Dancing with the Stars...
Sorry, Julianne Hough fans, you?ll have to endure another
season of Dancing with the Stars without your favorite pro
dancer in the ballroom. Julianne, whose break from the show
started with the current season, says she won?t be back
for season 9.
?No I?m not coming back next season,? Julianne told Ryan
Seacrest at the New Moon premiere Monday night in
Los Angeles.
And as for whether she might come back the following
season, Julianne dodged the question. ?We?re going go
cross that bridge when we come to it,? she said.
Yet another mystery concerning Julianne, who recently
broke up with ex-boyfriend Chuck Wicks, is whether
there?s another chapter to that story.
?So are you single?? Ryan asked.
?Um, technically,? Julianne said without giving any
further details.
Perhaps she she was talking about being in a committed
relationship with her busy career as a country singer
and budding movie star. Julianne will star in the upcoming
movie Burlesque with Cher and Christina Aguilera.
One thing there are no questions about: Who she wants to
win this season of Dancing With the Stars ? her brother
Derek Hough, who?s partnered with model Joanna Krupa.

Accused Cindy Crawford Blackmailer Surrenders...
The former male model whom police allege tried to blackmail
Cindy Crawford of $100,000 has turned himself in to police in
his native Germany.
According to authorities, Edis "Eddie" Kayalar, 26, obtained
a photograph of Cindy and husband Rande Gerber's then-7-year-
old daughter tied to a chair in revealing clothing, taken by
her nanny during a game of cops and robbers. Kayalar then
allegedly tried to parlay the photo into a payout from the
celebrity couple, lest he give the photo to the media. He was
charged last week with one count of extortion despite having
already been deported to Germany, where he allegedly continued
to try blackmailing the couple.
On Monday, Kalayar went to a Stuttgart police station and
surrendered himself.
"Rande and Cindy intend to pursue any and all available legal
action against anyone who aids the perpetrator in the
distribution or sale of the photograph of their daughter," a
statement from the couple's representative said.
Cindy, and Rande have been married since 1998. Besides their
daughter, who is now 8, they also have a son, 10.

Rihanna is shocked by the furor over her raunchy artwork for
new track "Russian Roulette," insisting the public should be
used to seeing her dressed provocatively.
Rihanna's first single since her highly-publicized fight with
Chris Brown in February features a saucy shot of the star posing
in nothing but an eye-patch, barbed-wire around her breasts and
a basque.
Rihanna is finding it hard to understand why people have been
so shocked by the snap, but she's happy her tough new image is
making waves.
Rihanna commented, "I don't know why people are so surprised
that I'm scantily clad, I've always been scantily clad, I've
always been that way.
"I definitely thought the barbed wire was cool, it was a symbol
of strength but fearlessness all at once, that's why we used it.
"We took our time and wrapped that barbed wire around me. It took
forever because we had to wrap it round the front of me, a

Levi Johnston Sports a Fig Leaf...
While his almost-mother-in-law Sarah Palin hits the publicity
trail this week for her autobiography Going Rogue, Levi
Johnston will not be getting the exposure that originally had
been promised.
Contrary to earlier teases that he would leave nothing to the
imagination in his Playgirl photo shoot, "He did not give
'full frontal' as his manager Tank [Jones] reported he would,"
Daniel Nardicio, a spokesman for Playgirl, tells New York's
Daily News. The pictorial spread was shot last week. NBC News
reports that publication, originally set for December, has
been pushed up to this coming Saturday, Nov. 21.
Still, said Nardicio, "We're thrilled with the photos we got,
and are confident people will love them, but although there
may be glimpses, we did not get full on frontal nudity."
For the record, Sarah told Oprah Winfrey Monday that she
considers Playgirl to be "porn." She added, "It's kind of
heartbreaking to see the road he is on right now."

DeVito Gets Naked For Christmas...
Movie star Danny DeVito is set to stun fans in his hit TV
show's Christmas special by appearing completely nude.
The pint-sized star is seen bursting out of the fabric of a
sofa at a party in the "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia"
DVD special, "A Very Sunny Christmas."
His sweaty character appalls party guests, who shriek and run
from him as he stumbles past them, and Danny admits it's a
scene he always wanted to shoot.
He says, "I've been doing 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia'
for, like, four years now... and I'm so excited about it...
In the beginning... I said to them (co-writers and cast),
'There's no holds barred; I wanna do it. If we're gonna do a
show that's got that kind of edginess and craziness... I
wanna pull out all the stops.'"
But Danny admits when it came to baring all on set, it was a
little strange: "I got there and there's, like, 100
background extras; they're all standing there, I've never
seen them before (and) I walk in (looking) like a greased pig.
"The first take was a little disconcerting."

Reese was promoting her new perfume on "The Tonight Show" on
Friday when she opened up about her garbage "obsession".
Reese told shocked host Conan O'Brien, "I like to throw
things away. I'm obsessed with garbage.
"After a holiday or a birthday, I have tons and tons of
garbage and it always overflows and I always sort of peek
out late at night and look at the neighbors' garbage can,
and it's, like, empty. They're like these amazing people
that have no trash.
"So, if I have a particularly bad day, where I have a lot of
extra garbage, I go and take my garbage and put it in theirs."
And Reese is not proud when it comes to crunching her trash
down: "I also put on rubber boots if there's too much
garbage and I'll stand on the garbage and smash the garbage
