Proverbs 3:9-10

Honor the LORD with your possessions,
And with the firstfruits of all your increase;
So your barns will be filled with plenty,
And your vats will overflow with new wine.

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

I do not believe that we are only talking about tithing here. Firstfruits can be that new addition you got on your house. Have you invited people over just to bless them and minister God's love to them? That beautiful new car! Have you offered rides to people who do not have a car?--Perhaps take them grocery shopping? That gorgeous dress? Surely not that?! Yep! It wouldn't hurt you to lend it out! You get the picture, right?

God Bless You!

--FEATURED FUNNY:

We were thoroughly confused. While transcribing medical audiotapes, my co-worker came upon the following garbled diagnosis: "This man has pholenfrometry."

Knowing nothing about that particular condition, she double-checked with the doctor. After listening to the tape, he shook his head.

"This man," he said, translating for her, "has fallen from a tree."

A. Twenty thousand kors of wheat as food for his household, and twenty kors of pressed oil.
