Hello Everyone,

Are you looking to improve the air quality in your house?
Horticulture experts say to decorate with ferns!

Potted ferns help purify indoor air by filtering out common
household pollutants. They are great plants to remove
formaldehyde from the home.

Formaldehyde is released from a host of household furnishings like synthetic carpeting, foam insulation, curtains, and even some air fresheners. Can cause symptoms like skin rashes, coughing, burning sensation in the eyes, nose, and throat.

Hint 1: This is a really good habit to get into, believe it or not!

Keep your legs limber, and avoid knee injuries!

A super-simple way to do that is to spend 30 seconds a day
reaching for your toes while sitting straight-legged on the
floor. This is according to University of Central Arkansas
researchers.

Hint 2: Keep you shoes looking and smelling like new

To make sure your shoes stay smelling fresh, simply wipe
the insides with a mixture of one part white vinegar and
five parts water. Then let them air dry!

For canvas shoes, you can sprinkle table salt or baking
soda inside to deodorize - then shake out before wearing.
