LynZ suggests:
I have used Lemon Scented Ammonia on many "permanent" stains,
carpeting, bedding, etc. Just put the Ammonia in a spray bottle:
1. Spray area affected (don't over saturate)
2. Use a nail brush or even a smaller or larger brush to
scrub a bit
3. Let sit for about 3 minutes
4. Use an "old" white/lite color cloth (I use old towels that
I have cut into a handy size for cleaning up spills, etc)
5. Place cloth(s) over stain area to absorb odor & dirt by
applying pressure & a scrubbing motion. Use as many cloths
as necessary.
6. Either air dry or a fan to dry area even faster.

Not sure if they sell urine removal for people's, but they do
for dogs and pets and it works great....worth a try.....

Louise suggests:
Oxy Clean! My grandson had REALLY wet my mattress and the
only thing ( after trying several) that took out the stain
was oxy clean. I made a thick paste and put it on the
stain. Be careful, it might make the spot lighter than
the original color of the mattress. BUT.......it does not
look stained and it does not smell. You can put a lighter
paste over the rest of the mattress and blend the color.

Lori says:
Have a husband who would get night sweats and would leave
stains on the mattress. I have a carpet cleaner with a
handheld hose attachment. I used that to clean mine and
it worked great. Just put a fan nearby for a while to dry.
Resolve carpet cleaning spray works good too.
