Hint 1: One down fall to buying frozen veggies is they can defrost while they are being stocked. Have you ever thought of that? And the problem with this is this can lead to freezer burn and a change in flavor. So what do you do?
Well, here's a quick tip...When selecting a package, shake it first. If you feel or hear ice crystals, the contents were probably thawed and refrozen.

Hint 2: Listen up people...opt for juice concentrates, and
here's why...
Often you'll see the words "made from concentrate," and what that really means is your simply paying more for water. Buy concentrate instead and you'll save up to 50%. You can add your own water, duh :)

Extra hint today: Frozen organically grown berries, fruits, and veggies can cost half (yes I said half) as much as the exact same foods you'd find in the produce aisle. And not only are they packed with more vitamins since they're frozen at the peak of freshness, you can store them in the freezer for months.
