Hello Everyone,

Listen up avocado lovers! I just read a study that just eating half of an avocado a day can slash your appetite a whopping 40%! This is a finding from Loma Linda University, who explain that avocados are a chock-full of fiber - 12 grams per fruit - and obviously super-healthy fats that are not only super-filling but kill cravings too!

I have recently found a great recipe that I simply love eating for breakfast or a snack and it's soooo simple.


4 slices of whole-grain bread
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 avocado, thinly sliced
Salt
Red-pepper flakes
A squeeze of lemon

Toast bread slices, and spread each with coconut oil. Top with avocado, and season with salt and red-pepper flakes. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.

I personally don't use the salt, but do everything else! It's awesome, so nutty and delicious!
