Hello Everyone...

You may have heard of Gotye - he's one of the most unlikely pop stars in recent memory, and his latest album, Making Mirrors has gone on to be a platinum record. Of course he is best known for his single, Somebody That I Used to know (I highlighted a cover of this song in an earlier issue, with 5 people playing on one guitar).

I finally got the album a few weeks ago, and was pleasantly surprised that the album is good throughout. He certainly dances in and out of several genres (motown, reggae, pop) but all with a fresh approach. His latest single is Eyes Wide Open - and this video is cool! It is kind of like a claymation Salvador Dali painting come to life. Enjoy it!
