Psalm 23:5

You anoint my head with oil;

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

As you may remember, we are reading Psalm 23 together, line by line. When I read the above scripture, I was filled with gratitude! Oil is often a symbol of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit would come upon people of the Old Testament, at specific times, as God appointed. In the New Testament, the Holy Spirit, the helper, is available to us all, if we ask, in the name of Jesus.

God Bless You!
Annie

FEATURED FUNNY:

According to my mother, she and Dad decided to start a family soon after he became an officer in the Air Force. When months went by without success, they consulted the base physician, who chose to examine Mom right then and there.

"Please disrobe," he told her.

"With him in the room??" she blushed, pointing to my father.

Turning to Dad, the doctor said, "Captain, I think I found the problem."
