Here's the Scoop...

Got any fun plans for Halloween? I'm doing nothing. I do hope I get some trick or treaters. Last year there wasn't one. I'm expecting just a few this year though.

I do love looking at the kids all dressed up they can be so cut. But I don't like when High Schooler's come. To me 8th grade should be the last time you Trick or Treat. That's how it was in my family. What do you think?

Be Well,

George and Amal Clooney Adopt Rescue Dog...
George Clooney and wife Amal Clooney have a new addition to their family.

The 54-year-old American actor 37-year-old Lebanese-British barrister adopted a 4-year-old basset hound named Millie from the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society on Wednesday.

"Millie was adopted by George Clooney and his wife Amal!" the organization announced on Facebook. "Millie, a basset hound, now has a new brother named Louie who is also a rescue! Congratulations and thank you for adopting!"

"They were searching for a basset hound and saw Millie's picture on Petfinder," the humane society added on their website. "They did a 'meet and greet' with her and spent time introducing her to their other rescue, a cocker spaniel named Louie. It was good news that Millie and Louie hit it off and the happy, new family headed home together!"

The couple previously had a cocker spaniel named Einstein whom George Clooney adopted in 2010. The actor told Esquire magazine in 2011 he was so anxious for the dog to like him during the shelter home visit that he rubbed meat on himself.

"I start to panic that Einstein is not going to like me," he recalled. "So I run into the kitchen, where I have these turkey meatballs, and I rub them all over my shoes ... She left him with me on the spot. And forever, now, he just thinks of me as the guy with meatball feet. He loves me."

Tristan Rogers To Return on 'General Hospital'...
Tristan Rogers will return as Robert Scorpio on General Hospital.

The 69-year-old Australian-American actor first played the character in 1980, and will return to the ABC soap opera in December. Executive producer Frank Valentini tweeted the "exciting" news Wednesday.

"Scorpio is such a beloved legacy character who evokes a sense of nostalgia and I know the fans have been patiently waiting for Tristan's return," he said in a statement. "I share their sentiments and enthusiasm and that of our entire GH team in welcoming him home."

"I am delighted to be visiting my friends in [Port Charles]," Rogers wrote on Twitter. "Stand by for some fun stuff. Looking forward to seeing old faces. Lets have some good times."

The actor portrayed Robert from 1980 to 1992, and has returned to the series intermittently since. He last appeared on-screen in January 2014, just three months before the show's 52nd anniversary. General Hospital is the longest-running American soap opera currently in production.

News of Rogers' return follows word Kimberly McCullough will reprise Robert's daughter, Robin Scorpio, in November. Rogers is also known for playing Hunter Jones on The Bold and the Beautiful, Lex Martin on The Bay and Colin Atkinson on The Young and the Restless.

Kim Richards Sentenced For Target Shoplifting Incident...
Kim Richards was sentenced in her Target shoplifting case this week.

The 51-year-old reality star received three years probation, 300 hours of community service and 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings for attempting to steal over $600 worth of merchandise in August.

Richards received an identical sentence in September for her April public intoxication arrest. The judge ruled she will only have to complete her community service hours and A.A. meetings once.

"At the moment, Kim seems to be doing OK," a source told E! News. "She's trying to get some projects off the ground ... Her relationship with [sister] Kyle is better. At one point, things really weren't good. But they're better now. Family is family."

Richards has struggled with alcohol abuse for years, but recently told former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Brandi Glanville she is "enjoying life" since her return to sobriety. The star said she stays focused by living in the present, not the past.

The television personality came to fame as a child actress in such films as Escape to Witch Mountain and No Deposit, No Return. She has since starred on five seasons of Real Housewives, but won't appear on season 6 due to her personal issues.
