Matthew 5:6
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.
Greetings Bible Enthusiast!
This scripture is a comfort to me because I do hunger and thirst for righteousness so much, and yet often "miss the mark," be it by losing my temper, acting selfishly, or not being loving or kind. But God's Mercy is greater than my weakness, and I know that I will be filled!
This message holds even greater comfort! Probably each and every one of us has a loved one who does not yet know Christ. But if they thirst for righteousness, we know that they will be filled--they will get born again!
