Hello Everyone,

Thanks everyone for all the great feedback from the last issue.

I had sooo many positive feedback comments, and a few who
boo'd the new format because they weren't able to view
the pictures.

I will continue doing issues both ways. Today, we are sticking to the old version.

Hint 1:Easter eggs are great to snack on. Go ahead and dye them with the kiddos and then keep them in arms reach!

They are rich in choline, which is a nutrient that has been
proven through study to improve brain cell function so your
mind stays sharp! Also, known to trigger the release of
get-happy hormones! Eat those Easter eggs people!

Hint 2: Here's help the next time you get those nasty muscle cramps...

Most muscle cramps are caused by dehydration, lack of calcium and magnesium - or both! Try drinking more water and eating foods rich in magnesium like bananas or cooked spinach. Or foods rich in calcium like cheese or kale. (Kale chips are great if you have never had them)
