Neil Patrick Harris has been secretly engaged to his long term partner for the last five years.

The "How I Met Your Mother" star and his boyfriend David Burtka, who became parents to twins last year using a surrogate mother, have been planning to exchange vows for a long time and they announced their happy news after a bill to legalize same-sex marriage in New York was passed on Friday.

Neil writes in a post on his Twitter page, "David and I did propose to each other, but over five years ago! We've been wearing engagement rings for ages, waiting for an available date."

America Ferrera Is Married...

She may have played Ugly Betty on TV, but America Ferrera glowed as a gorgeous bride when she tied the knot with longtime boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams.

America, 27, and Ryan were married Monday night in "an intimate setting amongst close friends and family," her rep says. "The bride wore a dress by Amsale's Christos label and Fred Leighton earrings."

Guests at the ceremony included America's former Ugly Betty costars Vanessa Williams, Rebecca Romijn, her husband Jerry O'Connell and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants's Blake Lively.

The couple, who became engaged in June 2010, first met when Ryan cast America in his student film at the University of Southern California.

"They aren't one of those flashy couples," a friend of the pair said in 2007 when they began looking for a home together.

"We kind of connected from the get-go on that professional level and that was something that really drew us to each other," America said after her engagement, "a shared passion for what we do and our work."

The Game star, 32, and husband Cory Hardrict welcomed a son on Tuesday in Los Angles. He weighed in at 8 lbs.

Tia announced the pregnancy in January, revealing she felt "sexy and empowered."

Although baby has now arrived, Tia's pregnancy will be televised when she and her twin sister Tamera return to the airwaves on their new reality show, Tia & Tamera, premiering in August on the Style Network.

"I think she secretly thinks my son is her son too! I mean, twins share everything, right?" Tia joked recently. "She is always kissing, rubbing, patting, and hugging my belly."

Tia and Cory, also an actor, tied the knot in April 2008 in Santa Barbara.

Shia LaBeouf: Megan Fox and I Shared Mutual Attraction...

Transformers: Dark of the Moon's Shia LaBeouf says the on- screen chemistry between him and his former costar, Megan Fox, was no act.

Shia hints that his relationship with Megan, who was replaced for the third installment of the Transformers saga by British actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, went from professional to physical while filming the action franchise.

"Look, you're on the set for six months, with someone who's rooting to be attracted to you, and you're rooting to be attracted to them," he says. "I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation. But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing."

He adds: "I think you can see the chemistry onscreen."

So was Megan, who married Brian Austin Green last summer after an on-and-off relationship since 2004, a single woman at the time? "I don't know," Shia, 25, says. "It was what it was."

A rep for Megan had no comment about the story.

Britain's Prince Harry is "100 percent single" as he doesn't have time for dating.

The 26-year-old royal, younger brother of newly-wed Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, has enjoyed an on/off romance with Zimbabwe-born heiress Chelsy Davy and she even attended the royal wedding in April, sparking rumors the relationship is back on.

But Prince Harry is adamant he doesn't have a girlfriend and isn't looking for love because he's is so wrapped up in his work for Britain's armed forces.

He reveals, "I am not seeing anyone at the moment. I'm 100 percent single. I'm working a lot at the moment, so dating and watching TV are the last things I have time for."

The prince also laughed off false rumors linking him to his new sister-in-law, Pippa Middleton, adding, "Pippa? Ha! No."

Charlie Sheen 'single again'...

Charlie Sheen is single again after his final remaining 'goddess' girlfriend moved out of his California home, according to a report.

The troubled actor hit headlines earlier this year when he announced he was living with two women, porn star Rachel Oberlin, aka Bree Olson, and nanny Natalie Kenly, who he called his "goddesses."

Rachel left him in April and he continued traveling on his North American stand-up tour with Natalie.

However, a new report suggests Charlie is single once again after Natalie moved out of the home they shared.

He is also said to have asked her to return the Mercedes car he bought her.

Missy Elliott feeling 'great' in Graves' disease battle...

Missy Elliott has spoken out to assure fans her battle with Graves' disease has not crippled her career, insisting the ailment "hasn't slowed me down at all."

The hip-hop star recently revealed she was diagnosed in 2008 with the autoimmune disease, prompting speculation she's shied away from the spotlight due to ill health.

But the "Work It" hitmaker is adamant reports suggesting she's suffering from ill health are false.

A statement from the rapper reads, "There have been some inaccuracies reported in regards to my diagnosis with Graves' Disease, so I wanted to clear things up. I was diagnosed with Grave's Disease about three years ago but it really hasn't slowed me down at all.

"I rocked my performance on VH1 Hip Hop Honors' tribute to Timbaland last year. I've written and produced a bunch of Grammy-nominated, #1 hits for artists like Keyshia Cole, Monica and Jasmine Sullivan. I toured the U.K., Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. And on top of all that, I'm working on my new album.

"I feel great. Under my doctor's supervision, I've been off medication for about a year and I'm completely managing the condition through diet and exercise."

The frontman recently visited Hollywood hot spot Gaslite wearing a fake beard, a prosthetic nose, a flannel shirt and a hat to sing karaoke.

The unsuspecting crowd failed to realize the talented man on stage was actually Adam, until he starting singing hit track "She Will Be Loved."

A source reveals, "First he sang two songs in the disguise. Then he came out as himself, and the crowd went crazy! No one had any idea it was him until he started belting out Maroon 5 songs."
