Nooz that just broke...Brian Williams, who was suspended for false statements he made from NBC's Nightly News will not being returning to the anchor desk.

The network confirmed Thursday that Brian will be replaced by Lester Holt, who has been filling in for the past 4 months, as the permanent anchor.

Jack Osbourne welcomes a baby girl...


Jack Osbourne and his wife Lisa welcomed a baby girl on Saturday, June 13th. Daughter, Andy Rose Osbourne, weighed in at 6 lbs. 11 ounces.

This is the second child for the couple who are already proud parents to big sister Pearl Clementine, 3.

Jack confirmed the news Wednesday on Instagram, "This is how you celebrate when Mum is breastfeeding and Dad is sober. Thank you all for the kind words #newbaby," he captioned a photo of two glasses and a bottle of sparkling cider.

Congrats to the young couple and their expanding family.

Fashion Police coming back in August...

E! announced that Melissa Rivers is set to be co-host of Fashion Police when it returns on
August 31st.

Melissa will appear alongside current panelists Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski, but will still serve as executive producer. In each episode, the trio will be joined by two additional, rotating celebrity guests, including comedians, stylists and actors, the television network said.

The show has been on hiatus since panelist Kelly Osbourne and Kathy Griffin, the moderator who replaced Rivers' mother Joan after she died last year, both quit. Osbourne and Griffin said they objected to a controversial joke Rancic made on-air about young starlet Zendaya. Rancic has apologized for making the comment.

"I'm very excited to be given the opportunity to continue to work with my E! and Fashion Police family," added Rivers.

Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson teaming up again on another series...

Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson have landed a new Netflix series.

The 37-year-old actor and his 39-year-old former That '70s Show co-star will reunite to portray brothers on The Ranch. Masterson confirmed the news Wednesday on Twitter, writing, "The secret is out..."

Kutcher will play an athlete who returns home to his family's Colorado ranch after a brief semi-pro football career. The Ranch will see the siblings team up to run the family business.

Two and a Half Men showrunners Don Reo and Jim Patterson co-created the series, which will be released in two, 10-episode blocks. The multi-camera comedy is scheduled to premiere in 2016.

Kutcher and Masterson portrayed Michael Kelso and Steven Hyde on That '70s Show, which ran from 1998 to 2006 on Fox. Kutcher went on to star as Walden Schmidt on Two and a Half Men, while Masterson played Milo Foster on Men at Work.

Charlize Theron and Sean Penn have parted ways...

Engaged Oscar winners Sean Penn and Charlize Theron have ended their romance after about 18 months.

Entertainment Tonight reported the split, but offered no reason for it. The outlet also did not say exactly when it occurred.

Theron recently spoke to Elle UK about her passionate relationship with Penn.

"Putting aside that he's my partner, he's the love of my life; for the first time, I felt that my work was really bleeding into my life and that made it hard," she said. "There were moments where I was incredibly unfair to him. And moments where I felt like... he was incredibly unfair to me."

The film stars reportedly knew each other for several years before they began dating.

Penn, 54, was previously married to pop star Madonna from 1985 to 1989 and to House of Cards actress Robin Wright from 1996 to 2010.

Theron, 39, lived with her longtime beau, Irish actor Stuart Townsend, from 2001 to 2010.

It's Mindy Kaling... she stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers to promote the animated film Inside Out, but also revealed her theory about being a bridesmaid and why the job totally sucks.

"Yeah, I think that when you're a bridesmaid at a wedding, although it sounds kinda glamorous when you're younger, you're essentially like a maid," she explained. "You're like a slave, an unpaid slave to the wedding and you're job is to-you're a maid and you know it because you're wearing a dress that's the same color of the other maids. Like, your uniform.
