Here's the Scoop....

Though their reps have admitted that Charlie Sheen and wife
Brooke Mueller are having marital issues, they are still
trying to make their relationship work.

"Please let us clarify this: They are not seeking a divorce
nor has one been contemplated," according to a joint statement
released Monday by Brooke?s attorney, Yale Galanter, and
Charlie?s longtime friend and Two and a Half Men executive
producer, Mark Burg.

Furthermore, "there has been no financial agreements between
the parties of any sort. Stories to the contrary are false,"
says the statement.

"This is a difficult time and they need space to see if they
can work things out or not," Yale says.

Though Charlie and Brooke are currently residing apart, they
are making every effort to work through this rough patch in
their relationship and are putting their family first.

Jimmy Fallon Is Hosting the Emmys...

Continuing to tread into territory previously occupied by Conan
O'Brien, Late Night star Jimmy Fallon was named host of the

likable young entertainers who will now have the chance to
display his many talents on television's biggest night," said
Paul Telegdy, executive vice president of alternative
programming at NBC. "His proven skills as a comedian and host,

two previous Emmy ceremonies.

As Emmy executive producer Don Mischer tells the trade paper,
"Jimmy has many talents. He can sing, he can dance, he does

Country Stars Ask for Help and Prayers as Nashville Floods...

"You can cry cry cry like the rain," Dierks Bentley sings on
"Little Heartwrecker." There's no shortage of rainfall or tears
in Nashville this week, as Dirks and his fellow country-music
artists deal with devastating flooding in the region.

At least 12 people have died in the Tennessee floods, as some
13 inches of rain fell over a 48-hour period in Nashville this
weekend. Country artists have been forced to cancel shows, and
have been telling their stories on Twitter and elsewhere.

Dirks posted a photo to Twitter of himself in his flooded
basement, and had to cancel shows in Knoxville on Sunday and
Charlottesville, Va., on Monday. "Hate to cancel shows," he
wrote. "Might be a first, but Nashville is a disaster. All
of our houses are messed up."

Naomi Judd called Nashville's ABC affiliate, WKRN-TV, to say
that a fence had fallen at her daughter Wynonna's property in
Williamson County and that six of Wynonna's buffalo had escaped.

Other singers posted notes to Twitter describing the scene and
asking for help:

Reba McEntire: "Lots of prayers r going up for everyone
affected by the weather. I've never seen this much rain and
water!!! Wow!"

Brad Paisley: "On the positive side everyone is safe. On the
negative ... I think all my road guitar gear, amps, effects,
are under 3 ft of river."

Kenny Chesney: "TN is a mess with floods. If you're fortunate
enough to help out, hit up the mid-TN Red Cross. Stay safe,
everyone."

The Nashville Area Red Cross is accepting donations to support
its relief efforts.

Donations can be made at NashvilleRedCross.org.

Tyra Banks pulls rabies prank on TV...

Supermodel-turned-talk show host Tyra Banks shocked TV
audiences on Friday, when she acted out a rabies-induced fit
during her program.

Tyra took the stage explaining she had been bitten by a rabid
dog before the show and had received treatment for the fatal
viral disease, which can cause erratic behavior.

She explained, "I'm not 100 per cent today, I'm not feeling
great. A friggin' dog bit me... I had to get rushed to the
hospital and the doctors... tested me. The dog had rabies and
I had to get a shot. I'm feeling a little weird but I'm OK."

The supermodel slyly sipped on an Alka-Seltzer concoction when
her back was turned to the audience, and then she stunned the
crowd when she dropped to the floor and began convulsing and
foaming at the mouth.

But Banks admitted she was upset when no one came to her
rescue during the prank, asking, "Why didn't anyone help?

It's Mickey Rourke...

Mickey makes an appearance in the blockbuster sequel playing the
villainous Whiplash, opposite Robert Downey, Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow

He admits he wasn't interested in the plot, so he only read his

Mickey comments, "I read my character. I didn't read a lot of
the other stuff too clearly. I have no idea what's in the movie
