Diane Sawyer to interview Amanda Knox

Amanda Knox, who was accused of killing her roommate in Italy four years ago, is to give her first television interview to Diane Sawyer, ABC said Monday. The program will air as an ABC News prime-time special April 30. It will also be featured across all ABC News broadcasts and platforms, including "World News with Diane Sawyer," "Good Morning America," and "Nightline," as well as ABCNews.com, Yahoo!, ABC News Radio, and ABC's local affiliates. Knox was a college junior studying in Italy before she was convicted in December 2009 on the charge of murdering her British roommate. She spent four years in prison, then was released and cleared of wrongdoing in October 2011. "Knox's firsthand account of her voyage from American student studying abroad to a woman facing decades in a foreign prison will include details she has never shared," ABC News said in a news release Monday. Knox's book, "Waiting to Be Heard," is to be published by HarperCollins on April 30.

Faith Hill has braces on teeth at Grammys

Country music star Faith Hill's red-carpet look at Sunday's Grammy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles included braces on her teeth. Hill, 45, who first displayed the clear straighteners at the Country Music Awards in November, attracted a lot of attention to them at the Grammys, UsMagazine.com said. "I had braces as a kid. I forgot to wear my retainer," the singer recently told radio station KNIX. No word on how long Hill will have to wear the braces.
