Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield Reportedly On A Break After 3 Years Together...
Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield are reportedly hitting the breaks on their relationship.

Multiples news outlets reported Tuesday the former Amazing Spiderman co-stars were taking some time off from their relationship, due in large part to distance. Garfield, 31, is currently in Taiwan shooting Martin Scorsese's, Silence, and Stone recently wrapped up a stint in Broadway.

"They had been fighting a lot and they hadn't seen each other. They have both been working but they weren't getting along," a source told Us Weekly.

Insiders told E! News the couple isn't calling their separation a "break" per se, but simply has been unable to spend time together as of late.

Rumors that there was trouble in paradise for the couple began earlier this year when Stone showed up sans Garfield to numerous red carpet events during awards show season for her multiple nominations for her role in Birdman.

The couple, who began dating in 2011, was last seen together in January.


'Arrested Development' To Return...
Arrested Development will return for new episodes.

Series producer Brian Glazer announced the news Tuesday on The B.S. Report with Bill Simmons.

"We're going to do another 17 episodes. So, stay tuned for Arrested Development," he revealed. Glazer offered no information on scheduling or cast participation.

Arrested Development aired for three seasons on Fox, and was revived for a fourth season on Netflix in 2013. The show follows the fictitious, dysfunctional Bluth family, and stars Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, Portia de Rossi, Tony Hale, Jeffrey Tambor and Jessica Walter.

Glazer and co-producer and narrator Ron Howard own production company Imagine Entertaiment, and are known for such series as 24, Friday Night Lights and Parenthood. Glazer currently produces Fox musical series Empire with co-creators Lee Daniels and Danny Strong.

Matt Damon, Ben Affleck's Pilot Gets Green Light...
Syfy announced Monday it has greenlit the pilot for a potential espionage thriller series called Incorporated from Matt Damon and Ben Affleck's Pearl Street Productions.

Also working on the project are CBS Television Studios and Universal Cable Productions.

No casting has been disclosed.

"Set in a future where companies have unlimited power, Incorporated tells the story of executive Ben Larson, forced to change his identity in order to infiltrate a cutthroat corporate world, to save the woman he loves. In the process, he will take on the entire system -- with deadly consequences," a synopsis said. "Created by David and Alex Pastor, who wrote and will direct the pilot, the dystopian future of the show reflects contemporary trends: the growing influence of corporations and private interests in Washington, the slow but steady dismantling of the public sector, and the increase of an amazing amount of wealth by an ever-shrinking minority."

Ted Humphrey will serve as executive producer/showrunner, with Damon, Affleck and Jennifer Todd also executive producing. Pearl Street's Margaret Chernin will serve as associate producer.

"Syfy is working with the best talent in the business to develop the most provocative and smart science-fiction programming, and we are delighted to be partnering with Matt, Ben and Jennifer, along with the creative minds of the Pastor brothers and Ted on this pilot," Dave Howe, Syfy's president, said in a statement. "Incorporated is an electrifying example of what science fiction does best: holding a mirror to present realities and projecting forward to a recognizable future in which we face the impact and consequences of our actions."

"Incorporated provides us distinct insight into a world dictated by our decisions today," Affleck and Damon said in their own statement. "Viewers will delve into the intricacies of our future, one that we are constantly warned of, but as a society have not yet explored. We believe this is an important and timely story to tell and can think of no one better to guide us into this than David, Alex and Ted."


Story 4Mischa Barton Sues Mother...
Mischa Barton has filed a suit against her mother, Nuala Barton, claiming she has withheld earnings from her daughter's acting career and exploited her fame.

The 29-year-old actress filed the five-count complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court and is seeking unspecified damages.

"This action arises from the tragic tale of a greedy stage mother posing as a talent manager who, instead of acting in the best interest of her daughter/client, schemed to defraud her unsuspecting victim," reads the suit.

The complaint states Nuala Barton had "absolutely no experience or training" in talent management when she took her daughter under her wing and that she set up a system that allowed her to control The O.C. star's finances and only gave her an allowance "at her sole discretion and on a sporadic basis."

Mischa Barton also claims she was sueded by her mother to purchase a property in Beverly Hills, which ended up being partly co-owened by Nuala Barton. The actress' mother and father currently reside in the home and she's reportedly "not welcome at the property."

Furthermore, the complain states that neither of the actress' parents has had a job independent of their daughter in the past decade.

"These revelations of exploitation and fraud, coupled with ongoing instances of bullying and verbal abuse, eventually led to the breakdown of Barton and Nuala's personal and professional relationship," reads the suit.

Mischa Barton rose to fame in the early 2000's for her starring role in Fox's The O.C.

Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman of Google, revealed that the search engine's founders were inspired to create a function to locate photographs online due to the high demand for images of Lopez. In an article for Project Syndicate, he writes, "Our co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin - like all other successful inventors - kept iterating. They started with images.

After all, people wanted more than just text. This first became apparent after the 2000 Grammy Awards, where Jennifer Lopez wore a green dress that, well, caught the world's attention. At the time, it was the most popular search query we had ever seen. But we had no surefire way of getting users exactly what they wanted: J­Lo wearing that dress. Google Image Search was born."
