Here's the Scoop....

Brittany Murphy's husband Simon Monjack is hosting an event to
launch the Brittany Murphy Foundation which is dedicated to
arts education for children.

But he is suggesting enormous amounts for attendees at $1,000
per head and $10,000 for corporations.

Insiders believe Simon just wants to make money. "He's gotten
away with so much. He thinks he can get away with this," says

And according to Elton and David, "After fulfilling experiences

Dwayne Johnson saved grandmother from life on the streets...

Action man Dwayne Johnson's greatest achievement was buying his
parents a house and turning his poverty-stricken grandmother's
life around.

The wrestler-turned-movie star wrote a "goal list" just before
his fighting career began, and he admits he quickly ticked off
the items on it.

The "Scorpion King" star says, "(There were) things I wanted to =

accomplish (on the list) - buy my parents a house... (and) take
care of my grandmother's situation and graduate (university).

"She (grandmother) was homeless. She was on the streets but we
were in a little apartment and there was nothing we could do
about it. We had no money."

Dwayne has since found the list of to do items he scribbled
down when he was a 24-year-old student in Miami, Florida, and
it now hangs up in his home: "It sums up my life."

Heather Mills glues leg on for U.K. skating show...

Sir Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills was so determined
to skate on U.K. reality show "Dancing On Ice," she glued her
artificial leg into place to ensure it didn't fall off.

The former glamour model has worn a prosthetic limb since her
left leg was amputated following a motorcycle accident in 1993.

She has been in rigorous training for the hit series, but has
been struggling with some moves because of her disability.

Earlier this week, Heather was forced to halt rehearsals to
get a new limb fitted.

She reveals, "It's really coming out of the socket. The more
stepswe do it comes out and then has to go back in. The screw
might have loosened. I'm excited because I have a new leg.
Every time you get a new leg you've got to get used to the
different alignment and how it feels. I was trying to do my
moves and kept falling over."

But Heather visibly struggled with the new limb on Sunday's
live show as she skated to The Emotions' "Best Of My Love."

After her performance, she said, "I had to adjust my leg because
it keeps slipping out but (my physiotherapist) Sharon's been
brilliant and glued it in. When you sweat the glue starts to move.

It's Victoria Beckham...

It's just that her nervous moments occasionally take place on
private jets!

Case in point: Victoria said she got "nervous in a good way"
when sharing close quarters with a certain movie star. "I
[once] shared a plane with George Clooney," she tells Glamour
magazine in its March issue. "My mum and I said 'Oh my God,'"

"I'm leading an extraordinary life. I never try to be too cool
about [it]," she adds.

The former Spice Girl also says that she cherishes mommy-time
with her kids -- and, when time permits, playing lunch lady

"I travel a fair amount, and when I'm here in L.A., everything
revolves around the kids," she tells the magazine. "So if I'm
not working, I go to the school and help serve lunches to the
children. They just love that. It's like, 'Oh, there's Mummy
serving me!'"at their school.
