Serving a hearty recipe today for anyone using bread machines...
a LOW FAT HONEY GRANOLA BREAD! This is slightly sweet from the
granola and great for either breakfast toast or sandwiches.
Those of you who own a machine will realize why there is no
cooking time or instructions...since every machine brand differs
you need to follow the order in your manufacturer instructions.
This is one of the great thing about bread machines for busy
cooks - once you know the basic order you just set it sit back
for the aroma of freshly baked bread. Mmmmmmm......

TIP FOR FREEZING BREADS:

Allow to cool completely. Frozen bread keeps and freshens well.
To freeze, allow the loaf to cool before placing it in 2 medium
or heavy plastic bags. Remove all of the air from the bag or
ice crystals will form on your bread during the freezing
process. Use a twist tie to secure the bag. Allow bread to
thaw inside plastic bags to absorb the moisture back. (Keep
bread inside bag until crystals are absorbed.) To freshen,
place on a baking sheet and heat 10 to 15 minutes at 350
degrees and enjoy the warm bread.
