Hello Everyone,

I saw this article and found it quite interesting. I'm guilty of surfing the internet until the bedtime, but next Monday I'm gonna to take 45 minutes before bed to read a book, or just relax to see if that helps with my zzz's.

Tossing and turning? Blame it on your too-long-to-do list!
New data from the National Sleep Foundation reveals that most women with sleep problems are doing mentally or physically demanding tasks-such as cleaning, work, surfing the net-right up to the moment they turn in for the night. Big mistake, people! The best sleepers are those who relax in the hour before bedtime by reading a book, taking a bath or cuddling-activities that prepare your body and mind to shut down, so you drift off faster and enjoy the deeper, more refreshing sleep that makes tackling the next day's to-do list a breeze!

Hint 1: Don't let those doggie bags get you sick

A recent survey found that nearly one in four people get sick after eating restaurant left-overs. To stay safe simply
refrigerate take home foods within two hours of your meal and eat them within three days - always reheating to piping hot.

Hint 2: Hello peace lily, have I told you lately that I love you?

Tired of scrubbing your bathroom? Plant-filled bathrooms contain up to 60% less mold, mildew and bacteria than bathrooms without plants reveals a recent study.

TOP CHOICE: The peace lily
The over-sized leaves soak up microscopic mold spores and carry them down their roots, where they're used for food. Fewer spores landing on your curtains and tiles means less cleaning for you. Peace lilies also absorb chemical vapors from common bathroom products.
