Greetings,

The critically acclaimed 'Black Swan' dances onto DVD shelves
today. Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis define their careers in
this enchanting thriller. I'm not big fan of dance, and you
don't need to be in order to agree that this film is a must-
see. Masterfully written and beautifully portrayed, 'Black
Swan' has the potential to resonate for years to come; an
instant classic.

'Black Swan' DVD

Natalie Portman gives a bravura performance in this dazzling,
unsettling psychodrama directed by Darren Aronofsky. The film
is a thriller, even though it's set in the world of a pro-
fessional ballet company whose home is New York's Lincoln
Center. Portman portrays Nina Sayers, a driven ballerina who
gets her shot at stardom in dancing the Swan Queen in a pro-
duction of Swan Lake. Nina's technique is superb, but it's
questionable whether she can capture her character's seduc-
tive dark side. As she prepares for the role, it emerges that
she has difficulty distinguishing reality from illusion.

'Fair Game' DVD

Naomi Watts and Sean Penn star in this film directed by Doug
Liman (The Bourne Identity). Based on a true story, Fair Game
is part political thriller, part marital drama. Around the
time of the US invasion of Iraq, Valerie Plame (Watts) is a
covert CIA officer and the mother of young twins. Also, she's
the wife of Joe Wilson (Penn), formerly an ambassador, but
now trying to get a consulting business going. But Plame's
and Wilson's activities run afoul of the George W. Bush
administration, which deliberately blows her cover, turning
the couple's lives upside down.

'Made in Dagenham' DVD

Sally Hawkins leads a talented British cast in this enter-
taining, feel-good feminist dramedy based on a true story.
Set in Dagenham, England, in 1968, the tale centers on a Ford
factory with tens of thousands of employees, most of whom are
male. There Rita O'Grady (Hawkins), wife and mother of two,
is one of a couple of hundred women who sew car seat uphol-
stery. Rita reluctantly becomes the leader of an effort to
get the pay of women at the factory up to the level of that
of the men. There's a strike, the company threatens to re-
locate the factory, and the British government gets involved.
