Diabetic Digest - Wednesday, August 11, 2010

Readers:

That's it, I've had it! I'm tired of being out of shape.

I take good care of myself. I eat well. I'm very health
conscious when it comes to my diabetes as well as other
health related issues. My problem is exercise. I hate
exercising. Well, I don't hate it, it's just the fact
that I'm lazy and exercise would get in the way of my
beloved lazy behavior.

I now realize that exercise is the key to looking and
feeling better. I feel tired all of the time. I just can't
seem to muster up any energy. It's like my get-up-and-go
must have got-up-and-went.

A friend of mine is going to help me get on the right
track to improve my body and my mind. He's going to get
me to exercise regularly, lift some weights, and make
this a part of my weekly routine.

I know I need to do this, but that's not going to make
things any easier on my pal. So wish both him and me luck.
I'll keep you posted on my progress. Hopefully, there will
be quite a bit.

Regards,
Steve
