Taylor Swift has called in her lawyers after website bloggers wrongly identified a woman posing topless as the country superstar.
The "Love Story" hitmaker was horrified to hear that Celebrity Jihad writers were claiming she was the beauty featured in a naked snap, which they had uploaded under the headline, "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?"
Her legal representatives have now fired off an angry letter to the site owners, alleging the blog features "false pornographic images and false news" about the singer.
They're demanding the website bosses take the post down, and have threatened to sue for trademark infringement if they refuse.

Snapper files battery report against Demi Moore...
A paparazzo has filed a police report against Demi Moore after she allegedly lashed out at the snapper following a trip to a nail salon in Los Angeles.
The angry star reportedly lost her temper with the photographer when approached for a picture and is said to have shouted obscenities at him before reportedly lunging at his camera.
The snapper later said, "Demi was crazy; she was totally losing it. I was just standing on the sidewalk, trying to get a few shots of her and she was going completely mad. She tried to jump on me and swipe my camera."
Now the unidentified photographer has filed a battery report over the incident, according to reports.
Jessica Simpson confirms pregnancy...
Jessica Simpson has confirmed rumors she's pregnant with her first child in a fun, Halloween-themed post online.
Reports suggesting the singer was expecting first surfaced in early September, but Jessica refused to confirm or den the story for weeks, while her growing baby belly started to speak for itself.
Now the mom-to-be has broken her silence and announced the news on her website.
Posting a photo of herself dressed up as a mummified figure for Halloween, Jessica cradles her bulging belly, alongside the caption, "It's true - I'm going to be a mummy!"
Jessica and fiance Eric Johnson became engaged last November and they are expected to wed before the end of 2012.

New mom Tori Spelling was forced to go public with her migraine battle after the paparazzi hounded her about a hospital emergency over the weekend.
The reality TV star, who gave birth to her third child, daughter Hattie, on October 10th, reportedly checked into Tarzana Medical Center in California on Sunday after complaining about week-long headache pains.
The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" actress was hoping to keep her migraine meltdown to herself but snappers forced her to assure fans and followers on Twitter she was OK.
In a tweet on Monday Tori writes, "I never intended 2 have 2 tell peeps I had to Goto (sic) ER yesterday 4 migraine but paparazzi followed us&told (the) story. All time low.
"Following a sick new mom to hospital & photographing her in that condition. Is nothing off limits to them compassion wise? But, I'm doing better now. Thx (thanks) 4 all your concern (sic)."
Kristin Chenoweth in flight scare...
Nervous flyer Kristin Chenoweth was left "scared to death" after a plane's engine failed shortly before take-off on her flight out of Tennessee.
The "Glee" star boarded a plane but take-off was aborted due to a technical problem, and Kristin admits she felt "shaken," but relieved because she had been dreading the journey all day.
In a series of posts on Twitter, she writes, "Our right engine blew right before take-off. Pilot aborted and I am getting a flight (hopefully) tomorrow am (morning)... Crazy night! I'm ok!!! Right engine blew so I fly out tomorrow... It felt weird all day. The plane. I didn�t wanna go. And these pilots knew what they were doing... (I am) shaken a bit. But thankful... Scared me to death."
