Neighbor accuses Bieber of battery

Justin Bieber's neighbor in a posh, gated community in Calabasas, Calif., has filed a police report after an alleged altercation with the singer, TMZ said. The 19-year-old pop star is accused of battery in the police report filed Tuesday, but the nature of the alleged physical abuse was not specified. The battery allegedly happened during a dispute with a neighbor who criticized Bieber for recklessly speeding in his Ferrari through the neighborhood while children were playing and people were walking their dogs, TMZ said. The celebrity news website said multiple residents have since corroborated the complaining man's story. TMZ didn't name the man who filed the police report.

Panettiere, 23, and Klitschko, 37, broke up in May 2011 after dating for two years. They reconciled in January. UsMagazine.com didn't say exactly when the couple became engaged.

Dorothy Hamill quits 'DWTS'

Former Olympic skater Dorothy Hamill withdrew from Season 16 of "Dancing with the Stars" in Los Angeles Tuesday night because of medical reasons. Hamill, 56, made the announcement at the end of the episode just before the season's first celebrity was to be eliminated from the competition. "I've taken the advice of my spine surgeon and I need to withdraw from the competition. I have an injury that could be irreparable and nerve damage and it would be completely unfair for me to stay in this and have any of these people go home. I can't do what I need to," Hamill said, her voice shaking, as her professional dance partner Tristan MacManus stood by her side. "I wish I could give it my all, but I can't." Still in the running for the coveted mirror ball trophy, along with their professional dance partners, are singers Kellie Pickler and Wynonna Judd, comedians Andy Dick and D.L. Hughley, boxer Victor Ortiz, soap star Ingo Rademacher, Disney Channel star Zendaya Coleman, reality TV personality Lisa Vanderpump, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman and NFL star Jacoby Jones. Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke-Charvet are the co-hosts of the show.
