Amanda Bynes Is Hearing Voices & Talks To Herself

Amanda Bynes' erratic and disturbing behavior has taken a drastic turn for the worse because the starlet has been hearing voices and talks to herself in unintelligible sentences, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. The former Nickelodeon star has been "spotted wondering the halls of her New York City apartment building at all hours of the night. She talks to herself in language that in non-sensical and has been hearing voices. Amanda is also extremely paranoid and thinks there are tracking devices in the smoke alarms in the apartment. She looks completely disheveled and she is scaring some of the other residents in the building with kids," a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bynes' has also been smoking a lot of marijuana. "Amanda's increasingly disturbing behavior is related to the fact that she smokes pot. It makes her more paranoid and instead of mellowing her out, it does the opposite. Amanda begins talking faster and just can't seem to sit still," an insider previously said.

Affleck to Live in Extreme Poverty - on $1.50 a Day

Ben Affleck plans to live on $1.50 a day - and he wants you to join him. While the Oscar winner could certainly afford much more, Affleck is joining other celebrities to shine a light on poverty through the Global Poverty Project's Live Below the Line campaign. That figure represents the extreme poverty line in the U.S. as estimated by the World Bank.
Affleck Tweeted of his efforts: "1.4 billion people live on less the $1.50/day. I'm joining Live #BelowTheLine on behalf of @easterncongo. Will you?" He plans to feed himself on $1.50 for one day, following in the footsteps of other celebrities who have joined the cause to raise awareness of issues of inequality and poverty around the world. Jonah Hill, Josh Groban, Sophia Bush and The Avengers actor Tom Hiddleston - who Tweeted earlier this month photos of his scant meals - are among the other celebrities who have said they are participating in the campaign.

Gwyneth Paltrow People's 'Most Beautiful Woman'

Academy Award-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow was named People magazine's "World's Most Beautiful Woman." But the 40-year-old "Iron Man 3" romantic love interest says she doesn't always look glamorous. "Around the house, I'm in jeans and a T-shirt. I don't really wear makeup," she tells People in the issue to hit newsstands Friday. That's how Paltrow's children, Apple, 8, and Moses, 7, see her, she says. "That's what they're used to." As for her husband, 36-year-old Chris Martin of the British rock group Coldplay, "He'll make a joke about [how she looks]," she says. "If I've gotten fully dressed up, he'll be like: 'Oh, wow! You're Gwyneth Paltrow!' Because he's used to seeing me in like baggy shorts and frizzy hair," says Paltrow, who is also the face of American fashion brand Coach and stars in the upcoming Spanish film "33 Dias" as Pablo Picasso's French lover Dora Maar. Antonio Banderas plays painter- Sculptor Picasso. Paltrow -- who won an Oscar for Best Actress in the 1998 British comedy-drama "Shakespeare in Love" -- says exercise plays is key to keeping her looking young and energetic. "It makes me look younger and feel strong," she tells People. "When I first started, I thought: 'I'll never be good at this. This is a nightmare!' But now it's like brushing my teeth, I just do it." Paltrow takes the magazine's cover spot from singer-songwriter Beyonce Knowles, who was People's Most Beautiful Woman last year. Actress-dancer Jennifer Lopez held the spot in 2011. Among the other celebrities on this year's 100 Most Beautiful People list are actresses Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry, Drew Barrymore, Kerry Washington, Jane Fonda, Amanda Seyfried and Zooey Deschanel and recording artists Kelly Rowland and Pink.

Victor Ortiz eliminated from 'Dancing With the Stars'

U.S. champion boxer Victor Ortiz and professional dance partner Lindsay Arnold were booted from "Dancing With the Stars" after getting the lowest scores. The former World Boxing Council welterweight champ took the Week 6 elimination in stride, telling hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke-Charvet he had "a blast," and thanking viewers and all the "beautiful people" who supported him along the way during Season 16. "I've danced my shoes off," said the 26-year-old Ortiz. "I would take nothing back." "So at the end of the day it was a heck of an experience and, hopefully, these beautiful people will follow me to my next championship bout," he said. "I'm happy to get this far," he said, adding, "I definitely need some dance moves."

It's Justin Bieber...

Canadian pop musician Justin Bieber wants to give away his pet monkey after German customs officers placed it in quarantine, an animal shelter said. "Justin Bieber's management contacted us and they will give up Mally," a Munich animal welfare organization spokeswoman told E! News. "They are asking us for a good home for Mally," Roberta Mioni Coltro of the Munich Tierschutzverein said, adding authorities still needed official confirmation from Bieber manager Scooter Braun, rather than just an email. But Mally's ultimate home will be decided by the German government's Federal Agency for Nature Conservation, not the animal welfare group, Coltro said. "We only can make a recommendation and we don't want to send Mally in the zoo, because the zoos will only [publicize] Mally," she said. "We want Mally in a rescue center or some organization for primates," Coltro said. The 17-week-old capuchin monkey, native to Central and South America, was confiscated by German authorities March 28 after Bieber, who arrived in Munich on a private plane, could not produce the proper paperwork to bring the animal into the country, E! said. The animal -- which can grow to 22 inches and has a tail as long as its body -- was reported by BuzzFeed to be a 19th- irthday gift for Bieber from music producer Jamal "Mally Mall" Rashid, who has a capuchin of his own, named Bubbz. Bieber had his birthday March 1 while his "Believe" tour promoting his studio album of the same name was in London, but he picked up the monkey during a brief visit home to Los Angeles, Buzzfeed said. Bieber is completing a three-day stop in Sweden and continues to Finland, Russia and Turkey, before going to the United Arab Emirates and South Africa and returning to the United States. Bieber gave away his hamster Pac to a fan at an Atlanta concert in December. Pac died last month.
