Hulk Hogan is refusing to let that wrestling career of his die!

Hulk is all signed up to be a wrestler for TNA Wrestling, the
new wrestling organization created by beefcake cable network
giant Spike TV.

Hulk is "thrilled" to be joining TNA, according to a statement
the former WWE wrestler released.

Hulk says, "My fans have been asking me to return to the business
for many years on a full time basis, but the timing or the
opportunity has never been right until now. TNA Wrestling is a
great company with an already excellent fan base and business. I
firmly believe now is the time for TNA to jump to the next level
in their development and I?m here to help make that a reality."

Judge Issues Stay in Copperfield Sexual Assault Case...

David Copperfield has won a six-month stay in a lawsuit filed
in July by a former Miss Washington USA contestant, alleging
that the multi-millionaire magician assaulted and threatened
her on his private island in the Bahamas, claims that the
illusionist dismissed as an attempt at "extortion for money,
plain and simple."

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge John Coughenour stayed the
case at the request of David so the U.S. attorney's office
in Seattle can complete a criminal investigation into the
charge, reports the Seattle Times. The plaintiff'sattorney,
Becky Roe, has agreed to the stay, saying her client has
already waited two years.

David, said he was being placed in the untenable legal
position of having to provide information in the civil case
that could be used against him should there be criminal
prosecution. Lawyersfor the magician argued that their client
might have to invoke his Fifth Amendment protection against
self-incrimination in the civil case, the Times reports.

Prosecutors, meanwhile, have said they are nearly finished
with their investigation and would make a decision on whether
to file criminal charges in the next six months.

Jonas Brothers: We're Not Breaking Up...

Settle down Jonas Brothers fans!

Despite rumors to the contrary, the band is not breaking up. "We
plan to make music together for as long as we can," the brothers
said in a letter to fans.

The speculation started after word spread Nick Jonas, 17, formed
a band called Nick Jonas & the Administration and intensified
since Kevin, 21, is getting married. But to clear things up, the
band wrote a letter to their fans just before taking the stage in
Venezuela, where they are performing as part of a world tour.

"We've said from the beginning of our career as the Jonas Brothers
that anything we do outside of the group is a side project because
you can't break up brothers," Nick writes of Nick Jonas & the
Administration, which is releasing an album next year. "My brothers =

are my biggest supporters, and were on the phone with me everyday
while I was in the studio asking how it was going, and telling me
they couldn't wait to hear the record."

Corey Feldman's Wife Files for Divorce...

Corey Feldman's wife has filed for divorce, seeking sole custody
of their 5-year-old son Zen as well as spousal support, Los
Angeles court records show.

Corey and Susie Sprague were married in October 2002, nine
months after meeting in a nightclub, on the set of VH1's The
Surreal Life in a ceremony officiated by MC Hammer and a rabbi.

In her Oct. 22 filing, Susie asks that Corey be granted visitation
rights.

A rep for Corey, who recently starred in The Two Coreys reality
show with fellow 80's teen heartthrob Corey Haim, wasn't
immediately available for comment.

Brad sparked speculation about the tattoo's meaning whenhe debuted
it last year. But Angelina, who shares her partner's fondness for
ink, admits the horizontal lines across the mid-section of his back
was just something she did during a dull night in while they were
attending the World Economic Forum.

Angelina says, "One night we didn't have anything to do, so I was
drawing on his back.

"He just liked it! The picture everybody saw was kind of awkward, =

but it just lines up beautifully on his back, just enhances the
