Here's the Scoop....
If Lindsay Lohan behaves herself in jail, she'll serve only
about 14 days of her 90-day sentence.
"She is scheduled to be released on either Aug. 1 or 2 for
overcrowding issues and good behavior," L.A. Sheriff's
spokesman Steve Whitmore comments.
It's the long-standing policy of the L.A. County jail system
to release nonviolent misdemeanor offenders early due to
severe overcrowding.
Lindsay is serving her time alone in a 12-by-8 cell for
violating probation in her DUI case.

Christina Applegate Is Pregnant...
Christina Applegate could soon be married with a child.
The actress and her fiancé Martyn Lenoble are expecting.
Christina and Martyn dated for two years before becoming
engaged on Valentine's Day. No date has been set for the
wedding.
Christina says her fiancé, a Dutch bass player, helped her
recover after undergoing a double mastectomy.
"I'm very grateful to Martyn for coming along at a time that
he did because he's been my rock through all of this," She
said. "He gave me something to really want to live for and
something to smile about."

George Clooney to Receive Special Emmy...
He's not a TV star anymore, but Emmy gold will shine upon
George Clooney on TV's big night Aug. 29. The Academy of
Television Arts and Sciences will present the actor-
filmmaker with its humanitarian award, named for the late
comic-actor Bob Hope.
Clooney, 49, is being recognized for organizing a telethon
that raised funds for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. He
also has been extremely active in helping to increase
awareness about genocide in Darfur.
Clooney is only the fourth person to receive the Bob Hope
Award. Past winners have been Oprah Winfrey, Bill Cosby
and (in a posthumous presentation) actor-comic Danny Thomas.

Ali Larter Is Pregnant...
There's a baby on the way for Ali Larter and her writer/actor
husband Hayes MacArthur.
"Ali and Hayes are thrilled to be expecting their first child,"
her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively. The baby is due this winter.
Having a family has long been in the cards for the actress,
34, who wed MacArthur in Kennebunkport, Maine last August.
"I told my boyfriend after three weeks that I wanted to marry
him and that we could do it tomorrow," Larter told
Cosmopolitan in 2007. "I look forward to that time when I'm
home with babies."

Aniston obtains restraining order against alleged stalker...
Jennifer Aniston has obtained a restraining order against a
man who was arrested for lurking around her Hollywood Hills
home last week while carrying a "sharp object," according
to online reports.
Court documents state that Jason Peyton was found "laying-
in-wait" near her property on July 15 "with a sharp object,
a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about Jen."
Peyton was placed on a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold
following the arrest.
Jennifer's lawyer revealed Peyton spent eight days trying
to locate Jennifer before he was taken into custody. Upon
his arrest, police found messages carved into the paint of
his car reading, "I LOVE YOU JENNIFER ANISTON."
The legal papers go on to claim: "Peyton is an obsessed,
mentally ill and delusional stalker, with a history of
violence and criminal stalking, who drove cross-country
in his delusional 'mission' to locate and marry Jennifer,
with whom he believes he is in a relationship."
Officers from Los Angeles Police Department's Threat
Management Unit are investigating the case.
According to the restraining order, Peyton must stay 100
yards away from Jen's home, places of work and vehicles.
Peyton must also steer clear of her employees, agents,
managers and other reps.

Jesse May Take Daughter to Texas ? Near Sandra...
Jesse James scored a victory in his custody battle with ex-
wife Janine Lindemulder when a court ruled Tuesday he may
take their 6-year-old daughter to Texas to a home near his
other ex, Sandra Bullock.
Janine, a former porn star who lives in California, wailed
when the Orange County, Calif., judge announced the decision.
"I'll move! I'll move!" she cried. "I can't get attached and
let her go!"
Jesse and Janine faced off in a week-long trial over his
move to Austin, which he testified was for business purposes.
He was quoted in an online interview that another reason was
so his three children can maintain a close relationship with
stepmom Sandra.
Janine accused him of moving to simply try to win Sandra back
at the expense of Janine's relationship with Sunny. Sandra had
helped raise Sunny during her marriage to Jesse and has said
she is still close to the child.
The judge said that Jesse and Janine will have joint custody
but Jesse can take Sunny to Texas at the start of her new
school calendar, which should be around mid-August. Until
then, Sunny will be with her mom.
The motorcycle mogul testified Janine, a recovering addict,
still has unresolved personal issues and fearedthat if she
"hit rock bottom" it would involve Sunny. Janine says she
has been sober for several years and wants to improve trust
and communication with her ex.

Tom Cruise is reportedly in talks to give the world a glimpse
into his life with wife Katie Holmes.
The Hollywood actor has been a regular in the gossip columns
ever since he began dating the former "Dawson's Creek" star,
but the celebrity couple has managed to keep most of the
details of their romance private.
Tom is now said to be considering opening up their marriage
by releasing footage he filmed of his wife and their young
daughter, Suri, and is in talks with TV bosses about a
possible show.
A source tells the publication, "He's been filming Katie
and other aspects of his life for the past month. The
original impetus was that he would select a few personal
clips to show fans, but word has got out through his
agents (CAA) and he is currently fielding offers from
entertainment companies. Tom is now deliberating what to
do with his footage. No deal has been struck. ...
"Tom places a premium on control, so he's reluctant to
commit to doing a reality TV show unless he's 100 per
cent certain it will reflect him and Katie in the best
light possible. ... Releasing documentary footage is a
way of getting closer to his public."
