Good morning crew,

Welcome to fall, folks. I hope you had a good weekend and a good equinox. Incredibly enough, my weekend plans fell through yet again. We were supposed to go downtown and hit Pizzeria Uno, but at the last minute the wife got the opportunity to dog sit Saturday night.

I guess I shouldn't complain too much. For what amounted to about ninety minutes of playing with a couple of dogs the owners paid her one hundred dollars in cash.

On the other hand, I spent six hours Saturday morning and afternoon assisting with black belt testing at the school and I got kicked twenty bucks.

So who's the sucker?

Laugh it up,

Joe

Traveling is a major part of my wife's job as a saleswoman, and it's not unheard-of for her to visit four or five cities in one week.

I hadn't thought too much of it until she returned wiped out from her last long business trip. As her head hit the pillow, she sighed, "It's so nice to be sleeping in my own bed, with my own husband."

After the fall in Garden of Eden, Adam was walking with his sons Cain and Abel.

As they passed by the ruins of the Garden of Eden, one of the boys asked, "Father, what's that?"

Adam replied, "Boys, that's where your mother ate us out of house and home."
