Good morning crew,
Since I'm not getting enough of an aerobic workout at the
school I joined my local fitness center which just so
happens to have a pool!
I was quite a swimmer back in the day. Way, way back in the
day, but the great thing about swimming is it's a skill
that never leaves you, like riding a bike or embarrassing
yourself in front of women.
So tonight will be my first night. I'm hoping to do 1,000
yards. I know it sounds like a lot, but it really isn't.
I'm going to have to do hundreds of thousands of yards if
I am going to get into "beach" shape by this summer.
I'll let you know how it goes.

At the supermarket, I noticed a woman with four boys and a
