Good morning crew,
I have been spending a lot of time at the pool in the last
couple of months in an effort to get into "beach" shape, but
I'm not really noticing any difference. Oh, I've gone from
500 yards per workout to about 1500, but there is no
difference in my middle.
I think the real problem here is work. Sitting on my duff
for eight hours a day is really cutting into my workout
schedule.
I wonder if I could get a job as a personal trainer. Then
I'd be able to work out all day! Do you think a gym would
hire and older, somewhat out-of-shape personal trainer who
loves beer and pizza?
