Good morning crew,
Now that the boat is gone I finally got motivated to get
some work done around the apartment. Things I can't do
myself...like carpentry.
I had the carpenter out the other day to do an estimate on
trimming out the skylights I had installed earlier this
year and to do some repairs on my 20-year-old windows.
He's only going to charge me about a thousand dollars for
what amounts to one day's worth of work. That's not too
bad...for him.
This is turning into a more expensive project than the boat
ever was!
