Good morning crew,
I went to a really interesting restaurant this weekend called
Rio. They specialize in Peruvian cuisine. It's something I
have never had before so I was excited to try it.
I went with a group of people and everybody wanted to try
something different, so in the spirit of adventure I ordered
their seafood ceviche, which is supposed to be a very
traditional Peruvian dish. Since it is a very traditional
Peruvian restaurant I was expecting something exceptional.
Ceviche is typically made from fresh raw fish marinated in
citrus juices such as lemon or lime and spiced with chilli
peppers. This particular dish also had onions and it was
served with sweet potato.
Being a fan of sushi I am no stranger to raw fish, and really
fresh seafood doesn't have much of a fishy taste or aroma, so
mostly what I tasted was lime and onions. And those are two
flavors that I personally do not think should go together. It
was just brutal.
I managed to force down about three bites before I gave up.
It's not that the food was bad, I just couldn't handle that
flavor! And the pity of it all was that everybody else's
food was just delicious. I sampled most of it. The one thing
on the menu that was going to turn me off and that's what I
managed to order.
Laugh it up,
Joe

A judge scowled down at a repeat offender before him.
"Didn't I tell you the last time you were in my court room
that I never wanted to see you in here again?"
"Yes, Your Honor," the defendant replied. "That's exactly
what I told the police officer, but he insisted I come in
anyway!"

The letters T and G are very close to each other on a key-
board. This recently became all too apparent to me and
consequently I will never be ending a work email with the
phrase "Regards" again.
