Singer/actress Demi Lovato unleashes her inner bad girl backstage at shows and often trashes dressing rooms "just for the hell of it."
The former Disney star loves to "throw things" when she is at a loose end and has no qualms about smashing up her surroundings.
In an interview with New York City's Z100 radio station, she says, "I break things. I've trashed dressing rooms just for the hell of it. I like to throw things when I'm bored. I was trying to catch the deli meat on the ceiling... it ended up turning into kind of a food fight!
"I've done some pretty rock and roll things that I probably shouldn't talk about."

Kelly Clarkson 'dating Reba McEntire's stepson'...
Singer Kelly Clarkson is reportedly dating Reba McEntire's stepson.
The "Stronger" hitmaker has been candid about her struggle to find the perfect mate but earlier this month she confessed to having a secret boyfriend.
Kelly played coy about their relationship and stopped short of revealing his name, insisting, "He understands how much I work and I understand his stuff, because he's in the business. It's just easier."
Now TasteofCountry.com has identified Kelly's new man as Brandon Blackstock - the stepson of 56-year-old country star Reba and singer Blake Shelton's manager.
According to the site, the couple was spotted together at a Grammy Awards after-party in Los Angeles last month.
Heather Morris in nude photo controversy...
"Glee" star Heather Morris is at the center of a sexy pictures scandal after photos which appear to show the actress naked emerged online.
A woman resembling Heather, who plays ditzy cheerleader Brittany in the hit musical TV series, can be seen baring her chest in the steamy shots, which leaked on the Internet on Sunday.
The batch of photos, believed to have been stolen from the star's phone, also include a picture of the blonde showing off her underwear as well as a shot which appears to show Heather in a revealing costume she wore for the Britney Spears tribute episode of "Glee."
Heather is the latest famous face to fall victim to naked photo controversy - Christina Hendricks, Olivia Munn and Scarlett Johansson have all been embarrassed by private snaps that surfaced online.

"Mary Poppins" star Dick Van Dyke has wed his longtime make up artist, who is 46 years his junior.
The 86-year-old actor exchanged vows with Arlene Silver, 40, on Leap Day.
And Dick has confirmed the happy news, stating, "We're looking forward to a long and happy marriage. (The ceremony was) kinda on the spur of the moment, we just decided Leap Day would be the best time to do it."
He reveals he met Silver at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2006: "I was in the green room and she passed through and I was bowled over by her beauty."
He then hired her as his make-up artist.
Dick has wed once before, to Margie Willett. They divorced in 1984 after 36 years as husband and wife. The marriage produced four children.
Amanda Bynes flees cops after getting pulled over...
Actress Amanda Bynes faces legal action after fleeing the scene of a crime when she was pulled over for a traffic violation.
The "Hairspray" star was driving in Los Angeles when a cop spotted the 25 year old talking on her cell phone.
The officer approached the beauty's car, collected her information and returned to his vehicle to write up the citation, but Amanda bailed before he could give her a ticket.
Law enforcement officials decided not to pursue the actress as she wasn't deemed a threat to society and Amanda later stopped by a police station to pick up her citation.
But, according to reports, the she still faces potential legal action for prematurely leaving the scene.

It Marie Osmond...
The veteran entertainer and her singer brother were hosting their final gig aboard the Donny & Marie Cruisin' With Friends tour on March 2 when an audience member asked the 52 year old a question that caused her to double over in hysterics.
Marie couldn't regain her composure and she accidentally relieved herself in front of the entire crowd.
In video footage of the event (which has since been removed from YouTube), originally obtained by EOnline.com, Marie can be heard shouting, "I just peed my pants!"
The "Paper Roses" hitmaker took the incident in stride and proceeded to mop up the mess with her dress until a stagehand was able to bring over a handful of paper towels.
A shocked Donny then closed the show by quipping, "We promised you an experience. You got it!"
