Charlie Sheen�s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has filed suit against the rehabilitation center she stayed in last year over allegations confidential medical information was leaked to the media.
Brooke entered The Canyon in Malibu in February, 2010 in a bid to deal with personal problems following a bust-up with Charlie in Aspen, Colorado over the 2009 festive period.
In legal papers, Brooke claims that just days after secretly checking into the facility, reports emerged suggesting she was being treated for substance abuse issues.
She is suing for undisclosed damages, alleging her right to privacy has been violated by staff at The Canyon.

Eddie Cibrian Rushed to Hospital After On-Set Injury...
Eddie Cibrian was hurt Tuesday night on the Chicago set of The Playboy Club, according to a report, adding injury to insult on a day when NBC canceled the much-maligned period drama.
Eddie, 38, the husband of country singer LeAnn Rimes, suffered a deep gash on his right heel after he caught it under a 200-lb. steel door.
He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. No other details were available.
NBC announced Tuesday that it was canceling the show, which premiered to poor reviews and tepid ratings on Sept. 20 and nosedived in viewership over the next two weeks. The network is continuing to film, however, reportedly hoping to sell the series to another network.
Cibrian plays the male lead, Nick Dalton, a lawyer and Playboy Club keyholder.
Depp Apologizes for Rape Comments In Vanity Fair...
Johnny Depp is sorry.
In an interview with Vanity Fair's November issue, the actor compared having his picture taken to being raped. But now, the 48-year-old Rum Diary star is apologizing for his comments.
I am truly sorry for offending anyone in any way, he said in a statement. It was a poor choice of words on my part in an effort to explain a feeling.
Depp originally told Vanity Fair photo shoots were invasive to the point where you just feel like you're being raped somehow.
But he's not the first actor to stick his foot in his mouth when it comes to the touchy topic of sexual assault. Kristen Stewart told British Elle last summer that paparazzi cameras made her feel like I'm looking at someone being raped.
Like Depp, Kristen soon apologized. Harriet Lessel, the executive director of the NYC Alliance Against Sexual Assault, told Radar Online of Kristen's remarks: Kristen Stewart was expressing that she feels violated... It [was]clearly a poor choice of words.

Cavallari: DWTS Is Clearly Not a Dance Competition...
Kristin Cavallari was as shocked and bummed as everyone else to be shown the door on Tuesday night's elimination episode of Dancing with the Stars.
The reality star, 24, scored high marks and praise from the judges in the first three weeks of the ABC smash, nabbing 24 out of 30 points (just 3 points shy of leader Ricki Lake) for her Crazy in Love samba with Mark Ballas on Monday's show.
I'm really sad, Kristin told said after the elimination at Ubisoft 's launch of Just Dance 3 at The Beverly in West Hollywood.
But, mused the Hills star, I'd rather go out on top and have people be shocked than have people be like, 'Thank god she's leaving, it's about time.' It was the best experience I've ever had. I could not be happier that I did the show.
She mused that, perhaps, viewer votes had little do with her actual dancing skills. It is what it is, she said. That's the thing with Dancing with the Stars, you never know, she said, laughing. It's clearly not a dance competition!
One thing she's not opening up about: What appears to be a reconciliation with ex-fiance Jay Cutler, who cheered her on during Monday's show, and with whom she was holding hands Tuesday.
