Chevy Chase's Health Questioned...
Chevy Chase, the comic and Saturday Night Live pioneer, took the saying to heart Sunday. Despite being apparently ill, he showed up and performed at the show's 40th anniversary celebration in Rockerfeller Center.

During the television special, Chase was sweating profusely, panting and talking very slowly, as veteran NBC Entertainment correspondent Carson Daily charged on with questions about the show's legendary success. The actor blamed the red carpet frenzy for looking and sounding disheveled.

"I'm sorry if I am perspiring," Chase said as he took sweat off his forehead with a handkerchief mid-interview. "I just had to run through a gauntlet."

Chase, 71, is credited for being part of the original "SNL" cast in 1975, an eight-time host and the first cast member to be banned from the show.

Despite his explanation for looking and sounding fatigued, fans on Twitter did not bite that bait and quickly took to the social media platform to express their concerns.

Speculation on Twitter about Chase's poor health became the trending topic. Fans also questioned if he was on steroids or just coming down with the flu.


Nick Gordon gets 'Bobbi Kristina' Tattoo On Arm...
Nick Gordon returned to Twitter to share a tribute to girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown on Sunday.

The 25-year-old had "Bobbi Kristina" tattooed on his left forearm, and showed off the new ink in his profile picture. Gordon has several other tattoos, including a portrait of the 21-year-old actress' late mother, Whitney Houston, and her initials, "WH."

"Thank you all for your prayers," he tweeted for the first time since December 2014. "She is a strong person and will pull through this. Continue to pray for her."

Brown remains on life support after being discovered unresponsive in her bathtub Jan. 31. The circumstances of her condition are being examined, and police are reportedly investigating if the actress and Gordon had an altercation before she was found.

Gordon broke his silence on the actress last week, and agreed to stay away from the hospital where she lies comatose.

Brown is the only child of actor Bobby Brown and late singer Whitney Houston. Bobby Brown denied his daughter will be taken off of life support this week in a statement Monday, and asked the media to refrain from speaking to extended family members in order to avoid conflicting reports.

Jessica Williams Denies Reports She Will Be Next 'Daily Show' Host...
There has been much speculation about who will host Comedy Central's The Daily Show since longtime host Jon Stewart announced his departure.

Show correspondent Jessica Williams said she will not be the new host of the late night satirical platform.

Williams denied rumors she would be replacing Stewart via Twitter, saying she is too young and under-qualified for the top show job.

She may not be hosting, but Williams made sure her fans realized she isn't going anywhere.

That being said I am super not right for it, but there are quite a few people who are! Can't wait to stick around & see what happen


Kanye West: 'My intentions are extremely pure'...
Kanye West took a moment to apologize to the public for his opinions and the negative response that followed the tardy debut of his clothing collection, Kanye West x Adidas Originals, during a recent interview with Style.com.

While addressing the criticisms that ensued after his show opened late on Feb. 12, West asked for the opportunity to "explain something to everyone."

"I'm sorry," he said. "I'm a human being. I've got opinions, I'm not always right, I'm not always on time, I don't always say things in the proper way, but my intentions are always extremely pure. My purpose is extremely just."

The TV personality who wants tobacco companies to adopt new mascot, 'Jeff the Diseased Lung'?

It's John Oliver... "#JeffWeCan" started trending on Twitter Sunday after Last Week Tonight host John Oliver called on tobacco companies to adopt a new mascot, "Jeff the Diseased Lung."

Oliver presented Jeff - a sickly, diseased lung wearing a cowboy hat -- as an alternative to big tobacco branding, like Marlboro's iconic cowboy.

During the 18-minute segment, Oliver railed against tobacco companies, particularly Phillip Morris International, for threatening to sue smaller countries that have taken steps to limit branding on cigarette packets.

Smoking rates in the United States ave dramatically decreased since the 1960s, Oliver explained. But tobacco companies have turned their attention to foreign markets, like Uruguay and Togo, which don't have the financial resources to fend off expensive lawsuits.

"It's clear what each side wants," he said. "Countries want to warn their citizens about the health dangers of smoking tobacco. Tobacco companies want to be able to present branded images that they have spent time and money to cultivate."
