Charlie Sheen announces engagement to porn star girlfriend

Actor Charlie Sheen announced he asked his porn star girlfriend Brett "Scottie" Rossi to marry him during a Valentine's Day getaway to Hawaii. The 48-year-old actor made the announcement in his signature quirky style, in poem form, People magazine reported Sunday. He made reference to his first three marriages, saying his first one to Donna Peele didn't count because it was annulled. "With all due respect to Donna -- that maiden Klay-Vinn was annulled. Therefore, if 'three' truly is a charm; The mashup/acronym of the real CS, (Charlie & Scottie) HAS to be; 'Char-M- tee...' xox c&s," he wrote. "Yes! We are engaged! He even was a gentleman and got down on one knee," Rossi told E!. "I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine's Day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise. "The ring is classic and beautiful, but I don't have any photos to share just yet. This is the happiest moment of both our lives. He's my best friend and my soulmate." Sheen was previously married to Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller.


Jane Lynch praises Ellen Page coming out

"Glee" star Jane Lynch praised Ellen Page for coming out as a lesbian, saying she could relate to the "Juno" actress's experience in "lying by omission." When I was younger, I lied by omission," Lynch, who is openly gay, told People magazine on Saturday. "She should give herself a break and not call it 'lying.'" Page, 26, revealed the truth about her sexuality in a speech at an LGBT youth conference in Las Vegas on Friday. "I am tired of hiding," the "Inception" actress said. "I'm here today because I am gay. And because maybe I can make a difference. To help others have an easier and more hopeful time. Regardless, for me, I feel a personal obligation and a social responsibility." Lynch sympathized with the actress, telling People she knows "what it is to feel like you can't be open and honest about your orientation."

Simon Cowell and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman have welcomed their first child together, according to TMZ!

The 54-year-old X Factor judge flew into New York right before his 36-year-old girlfriend gave birth to a baby boy at Lenox Hill Hospital. Last summer, it was reported that Simon has expecting with Lauren, who was going through a divorce from New York real estate mogul Andrew Silverman, a friend of Simon's. This is the first child for Simon and Lauren's second son.
