Here's the Scoop....

It looks like Justin Bieber got himself into trouble again. Apparently, marijuana was discovered on the Bieber bus which stopped on a bridge over the Canadian-U.S. border. I'm sure that each country fought over who had to take jurisdiction.

Let's get to the rest of the Nooz...

*-- Marijuana found on Justin Bieber bus at Ambassador Bridge in Detroit --*

DETROIT - The driver of a Justin Bieber tour bus got a ticket after a small amount of marijuana was discovered at a Canadian-U.S. border bridge, customs officials say. Bieber, 19, was not on the bus Sunday, the Detroit Free Press reported. Kenneth Hammond, a spokesman for U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Detroit, said the bus was searched after a dog alerted on drugs. The bus was heading from Windsor, Ontario, to Detroit via the Ambassador Bridge. Bieber performed Sunday at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit. In March, marijuana was found on a Rihanna tour bus at the Ambassador Bridge. Like Bieber, Rihanna was elsewhere at the time.

*-- Report: Simon Cowell is an expectant, first-time father at 53 --*

NEW YORK - British television personality Simon Cowell is to be a first-time father at age 53, UsMagazine.com reported. "The X Factor" judge and producer is expecting a baby with New York socialite Lauren Silverman, the estranged wife of his friend, real-estate mogul Andrew Silverman, the report said. "She's around 10 weeks along," an insider told the magazine. "Lauren and Andrew have been unhappy in their marriage for some time, and their divorce has been in the works for a while," a second source said. "As their marriage deteriorated, she and Simon became close." Lauren is expected to move to Los Angeles so she and Cowell can raise the child together, the magazine said.

*-- Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences elects Isaacs president --*

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - Cheryl Boone Isaacs has been elected president of Hollywood's Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, which presents the Oscars each year. The announcement was made Tuesday night after the organization's board of governors selected Isaacs to succeed Hawk Koch, who served a one-year term as president. Boone Isaacs, who is beginning her 21st year as a governor representing the academy's public relations branch, served as academy first vice president during the past year. She also produced the 2012 Governors Awards ceremony. John Lasseter was elected first vice president Tuesday; Jeffrey Kurland and Leonard Engelman were elected to vice president posts; Dick Cook was elected treasurer; and Phil Robinson was elected secretary. These will be the first officer stints for Engelman, Kurland and Cook. Lasseter previously served one-year terms as treasurer (2011-12) and secretary (2009-10). Robinson served as vice president during the past year, his fourth consecutive term in that office (2009-13). Boone Isaacs currently heads CBI Enterprises, Inc. where she has consulted on such films as "The Call," "The Artist," "The King's Speech," "Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire," "Spider-Man 2" and "Tupac: Resurrection." She previously served as president of theatrical marketing for New Line Cinema where she oversaw numerous box-office hit, including "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me" and "Rush Hour." Prior to joining New Line in 1997, Boone Isaacs was executive vice president of worldwide publicity for Paramount Pictures where she orchestrated publicity campaigns for the Best Picture winners "Forrest Gump" and "Braveheart."

*-- 'Lost' co-creator says cast reunion at 2014 Comic-Con is possible --*

SAN DIEGO - "Lost" co-creator Damon Lindelof says there are no plans to bring the television series back, but a cast reunion at San Diego Comic-Con next year could happen. The iconic supernatural show made its debut in 2004 and wrapped its six-season run in 2010. "Ten years does seem like the perfect time," Lindelof told E! News about the possibility the show's stars might reunite at the popular fan convention next year. "But I also wonder if it's too soon? Especially if the announcement of such a panel would stir up rumors of more 'Lost,' which is most definitely not in the cards at this time. That said, if someone was organizing it, I would be foolish not to attend ... It's just not anything we've initiated internally."
