Rihanna asked "127 Hours" star James Franco to play her man in the "We Found Love" video.

The movie star reveals he had to turn the offer down because of a scheduling conflict.

Franco tells MTV News, "She actually asked me to be in that video, the one with the relationship that gets crazy. I couldn�t do it."

But the actor insists he would have been interested in the role under different circumstances, adding, "I do like Rihanna."

The R&B star eventually asked model Dudley O'Shaughnessy to play her love interest in the promo.

Carey and Cannon renew vows in Paris...

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary in Paris, France on Friday by renewing their vows in the city of love.

The couple, who officially celebrates four years of wedded bliss on Monday, staged a low-key ceremony at the Eiffel Tower. Both wore white outfits for the special ceremony.

Mariah tweeted, "Tonight was an incredible night. I can't express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel tower."

The couple spent the day shopping in Paris and celebrated their re-nuptials by dining at the Eiffel Tower's Le Jules Verne restaurant.

The pair has something else to celebrate this week - baby twins Moroccan and Monroe turn one on Monday. They were born on the couple's third wedding anniversary last year.

The Wanted hit out at 'rude' Christina Aguilera...

Boyband The Wanted have taken aim at Christina Aguilera, criticizing the "rude" singer for snubbing them during an appearance on her talent show "The Voice" last week.

The band was a recent musical guest on the TV hit, but their excitement at hitting the stage in front of show mentors Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Cee-Lo Green was marred by the cold reception they got from the "Dirrty" star, who appeared to be unimpressed by The Wanted's performance of the new single "Chasing the Sun."

The group has now made its feelings known about the experience - and they don't have one kind word to say about Aguilera.

Tom Parker tells New York radio station Now FM, "She's a total b-. She might not be a b- in real life, but to us, she was a total b-. She just sat there and didn't speak to us. Wouldn't even look at us."

Parker was back up by bandmate Siva Kaneswaran, who admits she was "quite rude," while Max George adds, "(Aguilera) was a bit scary, to be honest."

And George insists their experience on "The Voice" paled in comparison to their recent visit to the "American Idol" studios, where he managed to sneak a kiss from show judge Jennifer Lopez: "J.Lo's hot, Christina's nothing special!"

Lovato mobbed onstage in Paraguay...

Demi Lovato faced a security scare on Thursday after a scrum of hysterical fans stormed the stage at her concert in Paraguay.

The pop star caused chaos at her sold-out gig in the capital city of Asuncion when she invited the front row into the empty pit in front of the stage.

She said, "I feel like I'm not doing you guys justice tonight because I have to admit I'm not feeling too good. I'm really sorry. I feel like I could be doing something more for you guys... so I wanna let all these kids (into the pen) down here. You guys gotta be safe though!"

Hordes of fans then leaped over a security barrier to get closer to the star, and several youngsters even climbed onstage to hug a startled Lovato, who was promptly whisked away by burly security guards.

The singer eventually emerged from backstage a minute later and told the crowd, "You gotta chill out."

Michelle Gellar pregnant with second child...

Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar is pregnant with her second child, according to a report.

Gellar and husband Freddie Prinze Jr. are reportedly expanding their family.

A friend of the pair says, "She and Freddie are thrilled. They're amazing parents."

They first met on the set of 1997 horror film "I Know What You Did Last Summer," and began dating three years later. They walked down the aisle in 2002 and welcomed daughter Charlotte Grace in 2009.

Handler is close with a number of celebrities, including her "This Means War" co-star Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston - the former wife of Jolie's new fiance Brad Pitt but she admits she'd never befriend the "Salt" star.

Handler comments, "You just know as a woman when you see another woman if that's a woman you can trust. She (Jolie) doesn't strike me as someone I would have a close friendship with."
