Sandra Bullock embroiled in new legal controvery...

Sandra Bullock has been targeted in legal papers filed by her ex-
husband Jesse James' former partner, who accuses the actress of
telling her daughter she lied to police.

The reality star and Sandra were granted full guardianship of
little Sunny in 2009 after porn star Janine Lindemulder, Jesse's
second wife, was sentenced to six months in jail for tax evasion.

She was released later that year and her custody efforts were
given a boost after Jesse was exposed as a love cheat in March.

Jesse was granted permission to relocate from California to Texas
with the six year old in July, but Janine now shares legal custody
of Sunny and regularly sees the young girl.

And Janine was left fuming recently, when the youngster accused
her of lying to cops.

In legal papers filed in Orange County Superior Court, Janine
claims Sunny told her: "Sandy (Bullock) said that you lied to
the police and that's why you went to jail."

The suit comes a month after Janine lost her battle for increased
child support after revealing plans to follow Jesse to Texas to
be closer to Sunny.

Underwood's Mom (and Hubby) Cameo in New Music Video...

Carrie Underwood's latest music video may look a little bit
like a family home video. That's because it stars her mother
Carole and new husband Mike Fisher.

Carrie enlisted her loved ones for the "Mama's Song" video,
which premieres on Friday. The tune, off 2009's Play On, is
about leaving the nest and finding the man of her dreams.

"[Mike's] not 'in' it but you can tell it's him," Carrie says
about the hockey player's cameo. "He hung out with my mom [on
set] and he's great with her."

The lyrics for the song reference her upbringing , and her
newlywed status.

"Mama you taught me to do the right things / So now you have
to let your baby fly," she sings. "And I know you watch me
grow up and always want what's best for me / And I think I
found the answer to your prayers / And he is good, so good /
He treats your little girl like a real man should."

What was the best part of making the video, which filmed in
August? "Just seeing [Mike] in my world was sweet," she says.

The video premieres Friday on VEVO

Shania Twain Feels Like an Author...

With all the tragedy and heartache in her life, Shania Twain has
enough material for a catalog of country songs ? and now she's
put it all in a book.

"There have been moments in my life I was concerned by the reality
that tomorrow would never come. Recently I experienced one of
those moments to an intensity that brought on a sudden urgency to
document my life before I ran out of time, before I had the
opportunity to share an honest and complete account of my life, in
my own words," said Twain, 45, whose marriage famously fell apart
in 2008 after her husband had an affair with one of her best
friends.

"There are times in your life that are meant for reflection, and
this was one of them," she added. "I began writing this book with
a sincere respect for the past, present and future as something
never to be taken for granted."

In the memoir, set to be published by Atria Books next spring,
Twain writes about her childhood in rural Ontario, the death of
her mother and stepfather, her rise in Nashville ? and the
heartbreak over the breakup of her marriage. She has since found
love again with Frédéric Thiébaud, the ex-husband of the "other
woman."

"The book will be a help and inspiration to many," said publisher
Judith Curr, "and those who think they know her from her music
will be surprised at the raw and personal place she writes from."

The country star also has a documentary series airing on the Oprah
Winfrey Network next year.

************* DWTS SPOILER ALERT***************

Dancing's First Elimination Revealed!...

Dancing with the Stars kicked off season 11 with a snazzy bang,
but ultimately one contestant had to be the first to hang up
their dancing shoes.

In the end, it was down to just two couples on Tuesday night's
results show: David Hasselhoff and pro Kym Johnson and Kyle
Massey and his pro Lacey Schwimmer. Ultimately, David Hasselhoff
was the first celebrity to be voted off the ABC show.

"It's been a great ride," he said before taking another spin
around the parquet. "I feel bad for Kym because she worked so
hard to try and get me where I was going. I'm just so proud
that my daughters are here and got to see me go this far. So,
it's great."

David's first dance on Monday's show, a stiff cha cha, landed
him in the bottom initially with only 15 points.

On Tuesday's elimination show, the former Baywatch star was
joined in the bottom by Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and
Kurt Warner. Both stars were deemed safe due to their combined
scores ? made up by judges' points and viewers' votes, leaving
only David and Kyle up for elimination.

Wyclef Jean Gives Up Campaign to Be President of Haiti...

A month after officials in Haiti barred his candidacy on legal
grounds, Wyclef Jean has officially ended his bid to become the
next president of the Caribbean nation where he was born.

"After weeks of quiet but painstaking reflection with my wife
and daughter, I have chosen to end my bid for the presidency of
Haiti," Wyclef said.

He had been told he didn't meet the residency requirements for
a presidential run, since he has lived in the U.S. for years.
But he continued to appeal the decision, he said, to shine a
light on the nation's electoral process.

"The appeal was meant to improve the electoral process for all,
candidates and voters alike," he says. "It is one way that I
hope to bring light to the functioning of a government that is
often ranked as one of the most corrupt on the planet,
resulting in a country that is by most measures the poorest in
the Western world."

Wyclef plans to release an album next year called If I Were
President: The Haitian Experience. "Some battles are best fought
off the field, and that is where we take this now," he now says.

50 Cent slammed by PETA over controversial dog snap...

Officials at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)
have reacted with fury after 50 Cent posted a picture on Twitter
showing him holding a knife to a small dog.

The "In Da Club" hitmaker uploaded the controversial shot to his
page on the microblogging site on Monday and PETA's Michelle Cho
was quick to slam the star for the photo.

In a post on her page, she writes, "Sorry 50 Cent but that pic
is not funny considering how many calls we get from ppl (people)
alerting us to dogs who really have been stabbed."

The message was 'retweeted' on PETA's official page, but the
rapper angrily dismissed the criticism.

He replied, "Now this is to the Peta people: Stay off my mother
f**king Twitter page I don't give a f**k!"

*-*-* GUESS WHO *-*-*-

This reality star limits the number of dates she goes on over
fears she will be accused of sleeping around...

It's Kim Kardashian...

The socialite admits she turns down many romantic engagements and
keep her outings with potential boyfriends secret as she worries
her reputation will be smeared if she is pictured out and about
with more than one guy.

Kim comments, "I'm trying to be single, but for me that doesn't
mean dating around. I don't multi-date. What if I wanted to go
on five dates? There'd be photos of me with five different men
and I'd be a sl*t and a w***e. So I don't like to date."
