Here's the Scoop....
After a month at a treatment facility to deal with "personal
issues," Jesse James was spotted back at his Los Angeles area
home Monday. He was not wearing a wedding ring as he took his
children to school.
Jesse checked into the treatment center last month after his
marriage to Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock went into a crisis
amid reports that he had multiple affairs.
Sandra had remained out of sight until earlier this month when
she was photographed hiking in Northern California, also not
wearing her wedding ring.

Bret Michaels Rushed to ICU with Brain Hemorrhage...
After an excruciating headache late Thursday night, Bret Michaels
was rushed to an undisclosed hospital where doctors discovered he
suffered a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding at the base
of his brain stem), source close to the situation comments.
Bret is currently in critical condition. "After several CAT scans,
MRIs and an angiogram, [doctors] decided to keep Bret in the ICU
and are running several tests to determine the cause. [It] will be =
touch and go for the next few days while he is under intense
observation," the source says.
Reps confirm this report is accurate, and say, "We will have no
additional information until further testing is done."
Bret's latest hospital visit follows his emergency appendectomy in
San Antonio, Texas, on April 12. There is no word yet whether this
new development is related to the Bret's recent appendectomy or to
his diabetes.
After his appendectomy, Bret remained in the hospital under his
doctors' care, then transferred to a rehab facility specializing
in diabetic patients.
As he was recovering, Bret, who was still in the running to win
this season of NBC's Celebrity Apprentice, seemed to be in good
spirits and updated fans on his progress.
"They told me that if I had gone on stage like I wanted to, [my
appendix] likely would have ruptured and I could have died," he
wrote in a note to his fans. "There is just no way around the
fact that getting your appendix out HURTS. I have a pretty good
threshold for pain, but this one hurts."

Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen Living Apart...
Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen?s marriage has hit another snag:
The couple are living in separate homes, multiple sources say.
"Sometimes when couples are trying to work things out, it's better
if they don't reside under the same roof," says Charlie's rep.
"There are no plans for either party to end their marriage."
A source says Brooke, who recently completed a 90-day rehab
program, "needs to take a breather from Charlie. She is
basically taking a break from the marriage. "
The couple?s twin sons, Bob and Max, are spending time with both
parents. Mark Burg, Charlie?s close friend and executive producer
on Two and a Half Men, says, "Charlie is at home with the boys
and their nanny."
After the Christmas Day incident in Aspen, Colo., in which Charlie
reportedly threatened Brooke and was arrested on domestic violence
charges, the couple tried to hold the marriage together for the
sake of their kids, however, it has been a rocky road. Both Charlie
and Brooke have spent time in rehab programs. While she went through
inpatient and outpatient treatment, Charlie sought help as "a
preventative measure" during a stressful time.
Now they are spending time apart and trying to determine the next
step, say sources.

Beckham's Not Ruling Out a Fourth Child...
Family is a priority for David and Victoria Beckham. But adding a
new member is not, at least for now.
"We've got a great family base. We've got an amazing three boys,
and we protect them with every ounce of energy that we have,"
David, said Monday on ABC's The View.
His wife, Victoria, 36, who was in the audience, said the couple
have no immediate plans to expand the brood, though it's not out
of the question. "I think one day, if we're blessed to have more
children, it would be amazing," she said. "It's a lot having
three boys. So, we're just enjoying the boys at the moment. But
who knows, one day?"
David's dreams of playing in his fourth World Cup for England this
summer were dashed by an Achilles injury last month, and he needed
a cane to walk to the View stage. But the setback did allow him to
return to L.A. ? and sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 7, and Cruz, 5 ?
after a stint playing in Italy.

Rihanna in stage fall...
R&B star Rihanna is nursing a bruised ego and knee after taking a
tumble onstage in France on Wednesday night.
The "Umbrella" hitmaker was performing at Le Dome in Marseille when =
she slipped while walking across the stage in high heels and fell
to the floor.
Fans gasped but Rihanna brushed off the mishap and carried on
singing on her knees, before regaining her composure.
The tumble came just two days after Rihanna visited a hospital in
Switzerland for advice on an injured rib.

Lindsay Lohan Fired From Film...
More trouble for Lindsay Lohan.
Two days after her dad attempted to stage an intervention, a
director has confirmed he fired Lindsay from what was supposed
to be her next flick, The Other Side.
"Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we'll soon
be announcing a replacement," writer/director David Michaels
said. Lindsay was set to play a grad student working on a
deserted island.
Sources say that the film's financial backers were nervous about
relying on Lindsay and didn't think she was "bankable." (Another
source insists that the film's failure to get financing had
"nothing to do with Lindsay. It was because it was an unknown
director. All the major stars in this film dropped out.")
The movie stars Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews
and Alanis Morissette. Brittany Murphy was also attached before
her December death.
Lindsay has not appeared on the big screen since 2007's I Know
Who Killed Me. Her next role is in thriller Machete.
