"Gossip Girl" star Blake Lively has won a restraining order against an alleged stalker.
Sergei Mifle, who told Blake's friends and aids he had a "metaphysical" connection with the Gossip Girl actress, has been told to stay away from Lively and her mother.
According to reports he allegedly made repeated contact with Blake's mum, telling her he was "deeply concerned" about her daughter and claiming he needed to help her.
In her declaration, the actress admitted she was fearful about her personal safety.

Brandy: 'I'll never reveal the contents of Whitney's final note'...
R&B star Brandy is refusing to reveal details of what Whitney Houston wrote in a note she handed the singer during a TV interview on Thursday - two days before her death.
The E! News chat Brandy conducted with Monica and Houston's friend and mentor Clive Davis has become a talking point since the tragedy - because Whitney interrupted the interview and appeared to shock her young friend with the contents of a brief she handed to her.
In the footage, Brandy suddenly fell silent and shifted awkwardly in her chair after her brother Ray J's reported girlfriend handed her the note, which she handed off to an assistant.
But in a new E! News segment, which will air on Tuesday, the singer insists she'll never reveal what her friend and idol wrote.
She says, "I'm going to just not say what it was and just keep it to myself for my own personal reasons."
Still raw and emotional after Saturday's tragedy, Brandy fought back tears for the new interview with Monica, stating, "It's just so unfortunate. Whitney meant everything to me - everything. She's the reason that I sing. It's crazy, so crazy."

Perry changed Grammy song lyrics after Russell Brand split...
Katy Perry reportedly changed the lyrics of the song she performed at the Grammy Awards to reflect her recent split from husband Russell Brand.
The singer, whose marriage to the British funny man collapsed in December after just 14 months, took to the stage at the glitzy awards ceremony on Sunday to sing her new track "Part of Me."
The song was written in 2010 and a version which recently leaked online included the line "You can keep the dog/I never liked him anyway," according to reports.
However, the singer reportedly changed the words for her Grammy performance in light of her divorce news, and instead sang, "You can keep the diamond ring/it don�t mean nothing anyway."
The single was released on Monday and includes the reported lyric change.

Country singer Wynonna Judd will shun a big Hollywood wedding when she marries her fiance later this year, insisting she's opting for a "simple and sweet" ceremony.
Judd's musician partner Cactus Moser proposed to the singer on Christmas Eve after two years of dating.
The couple is planning to exchange nuptials in the autumn because "it's not a sweaty time for brides" and Wynonna reveals they're planning to keep the wedding small as she's bored of dressing up for glitzy bashes.
She comments, "I've been to so many events and done so many push-up bras and sparkles and hairspray. I just want to be free and have fun. So I don't know. Something simple and sweet.
"It's time for me to stop the car, take out the map and see where I'm headed. So I'm just gonna live and enjoy every day being engaged and getting married."

Journey guitarist Neal Schon has been hit with a $50 million lawsuit from his girlfriend's estranged husband.
Tareq Salahi's wife Michaele left the businessman and reality TV star for the rocker last September, and he later filed for divorce after learning she had been living a"double life" for several years.
Now he has launched a legal battle with the musician in Virginia, claiming Schon tore his marriage apart.
According to the suit, the former couple was offered the chance to participate in Australia's "Dancing with the Stars" but TV bosses rescinded their offer after learning of Michaele's affair.
Tareq is also suing for conspiracy to defame and accuses the rocker of interfering with a contract. He is also seeking $450,000 in punitive damages.

Jennifer, a lifelong Aerosmith fan, gasped and giggled as the singer crooned a birthday greeting to the actress to the tune of his band's monster hit "I Don�t Wanna Miss a Thing."
The actress was promoting new her movie "Wanderlust" on the show when Seacrest, the host of "American Idol," introduced Tyler, a judge on the TV talent show.
He sang, "I could lie awake just to say happy birthday..." prompting a thrilled Aniston to coo, "This is not happening... This is so great."
She and Steven then exchanged mutual adorations on air, with the superfan telling the rocker, "Oh my God, I'm so happy you're on Idol. I'm obsessed."
Steven then revealed he was calling from a recording studio, where he and his Aerosmith bandmates are working on new material, prompting the actress to ask, "Will you throw the name Jennifer in any one of those songs - any one of 'em?"
The two stars then talked about love, with newly engaged Tyler congratulating the birthday girl on her romance with actor/writer Justin Theroux and she responded, "It's in the air... 2011 was a good year for love."
As Seacrest wrapped up the birthday treat and Steven headed back to work, Jennifer said, "That will be my memory forever... That was a good one, you guys."
