Could Glee be singing Bye, Bye-Bye?
No the show is not being cancelled! In fact the high school
dramity about a glee club is bringing in major ratings for
FOX. Last week the Britney Spears tribute episode brought
in over 13 millions viewers, and one of the fans tuning was
a fellow pop star, NSYNC?s Joey Fatone!
Joey was so impressed by what he saw that he now thinks NSYNC
should be featured on the hit show!
Joey tweeted: @GLEEONFOX how ya feel either do an nsync ep or
have me on that would be a blast!!!
Wonder if Justin Timberlake would be on board? Hits like
Tearin? Up My Heart and It?s Gunna Be Me would be epic on
the show!
Joey has started his official campaign to get on the show! No
doubt fans of the 90s pop group would be excited to see their
songs recreated by New Directions! Mr. Schuseter already had
Justin's curls!

Susan Boyle Cancels DWTS Performance Due to Sore Throat...
Susan Boyle, whose second album is due out later this fall, had
hoped to showcase one of her new songs on Dancing With the Stars
on Tuesday night.
Susan got sick during her trip from Scotland to Los Angeles and had
to cancel her second major TV appearance.
"Her doctor advised her not to sing due to a severe throat infection,"
her rep says in a statement. "Susan is very upset at letting her fans
down. Their continued support means so much to her."
She also had been set to sing Lou Reed's "Perfect Day" on America's
Got Talent recently, but the spot was scotched because of an issue
over the rights to the song.

Al Roker to Run NYC Marathon...
Eight years after Al Roker shed a staggering 115 pounds by
undergoing gastric bypass surgery, the Today show weatherman
is facing another challenge: the 26-mile New York City Marathon.
"I think he's a little nervous, but he's so ready," Al's wife
and fellow journalist, Deborah Roberts said at Monday's Blue
Gala benefit in Manhattan to raise funds for Atlanta's Spelman
College. "He ran 20 miles this weekend."
Deborah, who happens to be an avid runner, says Al has been
practicing over long miles with a trainer. "It's such a sore
subject in my house," she says about the light-hearted
competition between them. "I've been running for 30 years, and
I have a knee injury. He started a year ago, and he's doing fine."
For his part, Al, who says he is "down to a 13-minute mile
[though] I still get passed by grandparents," reveals he
has yet to experience what is called the runner's high.
"I don't enjoy running," he admits. "Somebody told me that
running is 20 percent physically and 80 percent mental. I feel
that if I'm running six miles, that sixth mile is the hardest.
If I'm doing eight miles, the eighth mile is the hardest. I
don't know ? it's this weird thing."
Even so, come the big race on Nov. 7, Deborah looks forward to
rooting Al on near the Central Park finish line.
"God bless him. I think it's great," she says. "This is his
project, and I'll be there to cheer him on with a sign and to
resuscitate him if need be, but I don't think I need to. I
think he'll do just fine."

Prostitute countersues David Beckham...
Prostitute Irma Nici has countersued David Beckham, just days after
the sport superstar's lawyer served her with a $25 million writ for
claiming the pair slept together.
Nici hit headlines around the world last month when she sensationally
alleged David had paid for her services on two occasions in 2007.
David immediately launched legal action against Nici and In Touch
magazine, which published the story and his legal team handed her
papers in New York on Monday. The writ accuses the former prostitute
of causing him "great mental anguish" with allegations he hired
prostitutes.
A lawyer for Nici has now filed a countersuit against David, accusing
him of ignoring freedom of speech laws, according to Britain's Sunday
Mirror.
Attorney Paul Rolf Jensen says, "California law does not allow public
figures like David Beckham to stifle free speech. Maybe he didn't
live here in Los Angeles long enough to learn how precious we here
consider our rights to tell the truth in print."

Mariah Carey's ex to tell all in memoirs...
Mariah Carey's ex-husband Tommy Mottola is preparing to lift the
lid on his life with the singer after signing a deal to write his
memoirs.
Mariah married Tommy in 1993 after he guided her to fame, but their
relationship broke down and they divorced in 1998.
Tommy has now agreed to tell his life story in new book "The Last
Starmaker," which will document his star-studded career as well as
his romance with Mariah, who is now married to Nick Cannon.
The book will also tell the story of how Tommy introduced Jennifer
Lopez to her now-husband Marc Anthony by asking them to sing a due.
"The Last Starmaker" is set for release in 2012.

Lisa Rinna Goes Under Knife to Reduce Upper Lip...
She swore she'd never touch her infamous pucker again, but on Aug.
26, Lisa Rinna did just that, surgically reducing the size of her
upper lip.
"My lips started to define who I am," Lisa says about why she
decided to undergo the procedure. "That bothered me."
Public reaction to her plastic surgery confession last year also
upset her. After finally admitting that in 1986 she had silicone
injected into her upper lip, an impulsive decision she made with
a girlfriend and likens to getting a tattoo. Lisa says, "I took
a big hit for being honest. It gave everyone online permission to
lambaste me. It hurt my feelings."
Now, the star of TVLand's upcoming reality show Harry Loves Lisa
(with husband Harry Hamlin) ? as well as the author of the new
novel Starlit ? is ready to keep a stiff upper lip about her new
upper lip. "It doesn't matter what other people think," she says.
"I did it for myself."
As a result of the procedure, she says, rather than feeling "bumpy
and uneven ? my lip has no lumps! It's smooth."
But her mouth is still swollen from the procedure and will require
six months to heal fully. "It's a work in progress," admits Lisa,
"but I feel fantastic."

This Hollywood couple is stepping outside the traditional wedding
box and having a week long wedding...
It's Katy Perry and Russell Brand...
The happy couple hired celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss to
help arrange their week long wedding. That's right Katy and
Russell have sent out invitations to friends and family that
read, "Meet you in Delhi in October. Dates to follow. Please
allow seven days for this event."
The wedding will reportedly take place in Delhi and will be a mix
of Hollywood, with Katy's hair and gown, and traditional Indian,
with henna art on her hands and feet, an Indian tiara and hair
clips.
