Greetings fellow Bizarros:
This is the kind of story that you hope didn't happen in
the United States when you read it, but unfortunately, this
one comes to us from the great state of Oregon.
Apparently there are companies that will come to your house
and clean up your dog's crap. I'm filling you in on this
tid bit because it's important to the story.
Melinda Hofmann is the owner of The Bomb Squad dog waste
pick-up service. That is...she drives around in a truck
filled with crap. It seems she was having trouble collecting
the bill from one of her clients.
A woman named Deborah Dillow hadn't paid her $150 bill, even
after several notices, so when Melinda showed up at her house
one more time and found that Deborah had dodged her again,
she got a little pissed.
"I started to go back and write another note, but I just
decided to give her poop back," Hofmann said.
So then, from the back end of her truck, Hofmann started
slinging feces - 30 gallons of it, according to police -
onto Dillow's front yard.
"Actually, once I started doing it, I kind of lost all
rational thought together and I just got into this mode of
emptying bags," she said. "And as I was flinging the poo
all over her yard - it felt really good, and I just kept
doing it."
Hofmann didn't stop tossing the poop until police arrived
at the gross scene.
So far, Dillow still hasn't paid the bill.

NEW DELHI - Scientists with India's Defense Research
Development Organization said they are closely studying a
man who says he has gone 70 years without food or water.
Prahlad Jani, 82, has shown no signs of ill effects after
six days under observation without food or water, Britain's
The Daily Telegraph reported Thursday. Jani said he is a
"breatharian" living on a "spiritual life-force" given to
him by a goddess. Scientists said they may be able to
learn from Jani's physiology. "If his claims are verified,
it will be a breakthrough in medical science," said Dr G.
Ilavazhagan, director of the Defense Institute of
Physiology & Allied Sciences. "We will be able to help
save human lives during natural disasters, high altitude,
sea journeys and other natural and human extremities.
We can educate people about the survival techniques in
adverse conditions with little food and water or nothing

--------- Woman allegedly took money for implants ---------
NORRKOPING, Sweden - A Swedish woman is facing forgery and
fraud charges for borrowing $62,000 in her best friend's
name and using it to travel to Thailand for breast implants.
The indictment against the Norrkoping woman says she trick-
ed her friend into revealing her bank information with a
story claiming she needed to deposit money and hide it
from enforcement agencies, Swedish news agency TT reported
Thursday. However, the woman instead used the bank inform-
ation to borrow $62,000 in her friend's name and used the
money for private debts, several trips to Thailand and
breast augmentation surgery while in the country. The
woman also allegedly changed her friend's address with
her bank and defrauded her of another $10,000 by using the
other woman's credit cards. The suspect told authorities
she planned to pay the money back at some point in the
future.

The Florida Motor Vehicles Dept missed one. I frequently see
a pickup with a plate that reads 4NIK8ME.
[If you had actually been eaten by somebody named Nik this
plate would have a whole new meaning.]
Here's one Lewis, "A Garden City, Georgia woman is in jail
after authorities say she allegedly threw a knife during a
fight over the wrong brand of beer, striking and seriously
injuring a 3-year-old girl."
I heard it was an old man who went to the doctor and mentioned
that his 22 year old beautiful girlfriend was pregnant. The
doctor told the story about the hunter with the umbrella..
"Somebody else must have shot it." "Exactly!"
[There must be a dozen variations on that old joke.]
Lewis- Believe me, this happens. I was on a flight out of
Philadelphia a few years ago and had a window seat to a
humorous scene; as I looked out the window at the baggage
handlers loading the plane, I saw a worried look, then saw
a suitcase pulled off the conveyor and gingerly placed on
the tarmac while the police were called. After the owner
of the bag was found a few worried looks were followed by
shock, then a look of embarrassment on the poor woman's face.
Everyone on the plane then watched the flight attendants
start laughing out loud as the passenger tried hiding her
face. Obviously, the poor woman can't leave home without
her entertainment needs met. --Mark
