Who hasn't enjoyed a 'handy' while relaxing in the tub? I'm not sure this man should necessarily be criticized, but video has surfaced which appears to show a zoo keeper performing a sex act on a dolphin in the Netherlands.
Since the video was released online, furious animal rights campaigners have slammed the Dolphinarium, but investigators say the act isn't a crime because it was part of a 'breeding programme'.
Undercover footage showed a dolphin lying on its back in what appears to be an indoor pool. A male zookeeper leans over the sea mammal and uses his glove hand to perform the sex act before feeding the dolphin a fish. The zoo has claimed the weird act is to "de-stress" the animals.
Officials are refusing to pursue a criminal case. In a statement the prosecutor said: "The sexual act with the dolphin is performed in the context of training the dolphin for the release of sperm as part of a breeding programme." They determined that no laws were broken by the disturbing act.

A woman was arrested on a charge of larceny after allegedly stealing an ambulance because she wanted a free ride, police in North Carolina said. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said that they have arrested 36-year-old Autumn Prieschl, after being accused of driving off with an ambulance belonging to the Carolinas Medical Center. Investigators said that the woman was not high, mentally unstable or ill. She said that all she wanted was a free ride. When people noticed the woman stealing the ambulance, they notified the police. All ambulances are equipped with GPS trackers, so the police knew immediately where the ambulance was located.

*---- Seattle Police Seek Ninja Masturbator ----*
Seattle police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspected serial masturbator who publicly pleasures himself while disguising his identity with a ninja outfit. Cops first learned of the masked pervert in January, after a woman called 911 to report that a man was "masturbating outside the front door of her home." Cops responding to the scene were unable to locate the suspect. Last month, a night vision camera outside the woman's residence recorded the suspect again pleasuring himself next to the front door. The surveillance images show him dressed head-to-toe in dark clothing. Residents are University of Washington students who say that they have "heard suspicious sounds outside their house on several occasions," according to cops.

Hello Lewis. Admittedly. this is a memory from a time I lived near Wyoming and had subscribed to a newspaper from Casper, WY. This would be in the mid 1970s. As I recall the BLM was most unpopular with ranchers there. As a result of the articles I read, BLM is kind of a cuss name to me and an organization that should be put out of business. -phvince

I am still baffled by scuba diver getting sucked into the nuclear plant. Definitely bizarre. I am from South Africa and unfortunately there is only one operational nuclear reactor with a 'no-go' area about a mile into sea.
