LOOSE LIPS:
I just want to make music, I don't want people to talk about me. All I've ever wanted to do was sing. I don't want to be a celebrity. I don't want to be in people's faces, you know, constantly on covers of magazine that I haven't even known I'm on. - Adele

??? Guess Who ???

Who's the TV Star of yesteryear that is suing CBS?

It's Jethro himself, Max Baer Jr... The Beverly Hillbillies has reportedly sued CBS for making a side deal that allowed a BBQ joint in Iowa to use the likeness of his character Jethro.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Baer Jr., 77, made a deal with CBS that granted him exclusive rights to create a series of Beverly Hillbillies themed restaurant, casinos and hotels. His decision to sue the network came after he found out about a BQQ restaurant called Jethro's BBQ, that is based on his character from the 1960's show.

The actor claims in his lawsuit that CBS cut a side deal with the owner of Jethro's BBQ that goes against his exclusivity agreement with the company.

According to Jethro's BBQ's website, the restaurant has at least six locations across Iowa.

Beverly Hillbillies, a show that follows a mountaineer family's move from the Ozark Mountains to Beverly Hills, Calif., after they suddenly become millionaires, aired on CBS from 1962 to 1971.
