Here's the Scoop....

It may be an all-out custody war with dueling criminal
accusations, but Mel Gibson and ex-girlfriend Oksana
Grigorieva still have to agree on diapers and doctors
for their 9-month-old daughter Lucia.

The judge in their custody case will make sure of it.

"They'll be ordered to co-parenting classes if they haven't
already," says Los Angeles-based family lawyer Scott Weston,
who's not involved with the case. "Judge Scott Gordon will
do everything he can to get their situation under control,
turn down the heat, and get both sides focused on the best
interest of the baby."

Judge Gordon is no stranger to high-profile cases, having
overseen Britney Spears's divorce from Kevin Federline.

Mel and Oksana will likely be ordered to attend anywhere
from six to 12 group sessions separately, mainly to learn
effective communication skills, which is a routine order
in this type of case.

The ongoing criminal investigation of the ex-couple will
proceed independently of their custody case, even if one
of the parents could possibly face jail time.

"Whether they like it or not, Mel and Oksana have to get
along for the rest of their lives because of their child,"
Weston says. "They have no choice."

Amanda Bynes Reverses Decision to Quit the Biz...

Amanda Bynes's message going into this weekend was brief: "I've
unretired," the 24-year-old Tweeted, apparently reversing her
month-old announcement that the funny everygirl on Nickelodeon's
sketch comedy series All That and her self-titled spin-off had
decided to leave showbiz.

"Being an actress isn't as fun as it may seem," She wrote in
June. "If I don't love something anymore, I stop doing it. I
don't love acting anymore, so I've stopped doing it."

Amanda added, "I know 24 is a young age to retire ... I've never
written the movies and tv shows I've been a part of. I've only
acted like the characters the producers or directors wanted me
to play."

Reflection is nothing new to the Southern California native.
Last December, she'd told Cosmopolitan magazine, "I'm at that
stage where I'm still young and maybe naive, but I'm figuring
it out."

Amanda can next be seen in the high-school comedy Easy A, due
to open Sept. 17.

Usher giving Justin Bieber advice on breaking voice...

Justin Bieber is taking tips from former child singer Usher to
make sure his breaking voice doesn't ruin his career.

The 16 year old is struggling with his high-pitched songs as
puberty takes its toll on his vocal cords and he has enlisted
the help of a top singing coach to keep his performances note-
perfect.

Justin admits he is also counting on his music mentor Usher,
who began singing professionally at the age of 11, to guide
him through the trying time.

He comments, "Everyone's voice changes. Puberty is a natural
thing. I have the best vocal coach in the world and we're
working on my voice and doing what I need to do. It's not like
as soon as you hit puberty you stop singing. Usher is the best
mentor in the world and he survived puberty. He tells me what
to do, what not to do."

David Boreanaz's rep brands sex lawsuit 'absurd'...

A representative for David Boreanaz has hit back at
allegations the actor sexually harassed an extra on his
hit TV show "Bones,"calling the lurid story "totally
fabricated and absurd."

Actress Kristina Hagan has filed suit against the former
"BuffyThe Vampire Slayer" star alleging he made a series
of unwantedsexual advances towards her last year while
they worked on the TV show together.

She claims David's alleged bad behavior included sending
"inappropriate text messages" and attempting to "kiss her
and touch her breasts."

Kristina claims she suffered "emotional and psychological
distress" as well as lost earnings as a result of the
alleged incidents involving the actor.

But David's representative is adamant Kristina's lawsuit
is completely without merit.

A statement released to "Access Hollywood" reads, "The
allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct
by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd.
There is no validity to this lawsuit."

David is currently undergoing counseling sessions with his
wife Jaime Bergman in a bid to save their marriage after
he recently confessed to an affair.

Jeremy London's wife recovering from brain hemorrhage...

Jeremy London's wife is recovering after suffering a brain
hemorrhage last week.

The "Party of Five" star's partner Melissa Cunningham was
admitted to hospital shortly after she checked into a rehab
center in California.

Melissa fell sick at the Pasadena Recovery Center - the
same clinic that will house her husband when he joins
reality TV show "Celebrity Rehab" - and was transferred to
a nearby hospital where doctors diagnosed her with a brain
hemorrhage.

Melissa was treated and released later that week and is now
recovering at home with her husband by her side.

Jeremy's representative, Dominic Friesen, says, "Thankfully
she was under the supervision of health professionals and
was immediately transported to a nearby hospital where she
received the medical attention she required. Jeremy remains
her strongest supporter as she pursues sobriety under the
care of the Center."

Cameron Diaz wants to live on a farm...

Cameron Diaz dreams of swapping Hollywood for a simple life on
a farm so she can get back to basics and grow her own food.

The "Charlie's Angels" star, who has traveled the world as a
model and actress, is considering retiring to the countryside
for a year to learn how to grow crops and raise livestock.

Cameron admits she has already begun researching agriculture
and is waiting for the right moment to step out of the spotlight.

She dishes, "I don't want to say I've seen it all because this
world is so vast, but I've always been on the move, and what
I'd love to do is spend a whole yearin one place, actually on
a farm, where I get to raise my own crops and my own livestock
and for once in my life see just how life is cultivated.

"It's almost like this primal thing. I really just feel like
the earth is where we all come from, and we have nothing if
we don't have soil and water and sun. I've read a lot about
agriculture, and I feel the need inside me to work with the
earth in some way. I guess it would be like a painter having
to paint."

Joe Jonas: 'Lovato friendship is stronger after break-up'...

Joe Jonas is confident there will be no drama when he hits the
road with his ex-girlfriend Demi Lovato this summer because
their friendship is stronger following their break-up in May.

The Jonas Brothers star ended their brief romance three months
before they were due to tour together, but he insists the
former couple has remained pals and spending time together
just as friends has "definitely been cool."

He tells Ryan Seacrest, "I think that our friendship is so
strong that it surpasses a lot of things and I think touring
will be a lot of fun.

"(It's) definitely been cool. (We've been) trying to get
together and hang out before we go on tour together."

And Joe dismisses rumors he's back on the dating scene after
being linked to "Twilight" beauty Ashley Greene, stating,
"I'm just a single dude about to go on tour."

The Jonas Brothers will kick off their tour with Demi in August.
